There should have someone at the reception counter at all time. Waited about 30min for the staff to appear. No one is guarding the property, if you need anything or any help, there is no # that you can call.

The Hotel locates in very strategic area near to most interesting objects, restaurant and entertaintment services. Hotel needs to maintain its building like Toilets, Bath Rooms and it 's swimming pool. Amenities were not provided like standard hotel also mineral water they didn't give to customer (maybe I didn't ask) but overall it 's a good hotel near to everywhere.

Hotelnya seram, di kamar tidak ada bidet tidak bisa cebok untuk muslim, kamar nya aneh, so sorry ya but no lah untuk harga segitu 🙏🏻

Sangat menyukai style hotel ini. Cozy, unik dan tak biasa. Yang bosan menginap di tempat modern style, bisa di tempat ini. Tempatnya dekat ke tempat makan, cafe-cafe lucu man mungil, concubine lane, dan keramaian kota.

Hotelnya terlihat estetik, karena bangunan tua, ada kolam renang. Kami memesan kamar dengan shared bathroom, di dalam kamar mandi tidak ada gantungan pakaian, jadi agak susah untuk menggantung pakaian, di dalam kamar mandi sangat panas. Resepsionis tidak standby di mejanya, semua pencatatan check-in masih manual, menggunakan tumpukan kertas. Kamarnya adem, ada sendal, AC, hanger, tempat sampah, di ujung kamar disediakan dapur sharing, ada dispenser, kulkas, dan lain-lain. Kami punya pengalaman buruk saat menginap di sini, kesalahan kami saat pembayaran deposit, tidak sengaja membayar 50SGD, saat dicek malam, kami baru sadar, uang cash RM tidak berkurang, tapi cash SGD 50 yang hilang, saat check-out pagi hari, resepsionis yang menerima kami belum datang, ditelfon untuk diberi tahu kehilangan kami pun, kata beliau tidak ada, padahal jelas kami kehilangan uang 50 SGD. Karena buru-buru ke Stasiun untuk ke KL, akhirnya kami membiarkan dikembalikan 50RM, daripada tidak sama sekali.

Best year, siapa ini yang travel low budget boleh check in, sini murah berbaloi staff friendly 🫶🏻

Tempat yang sangat tak sesuai untuk bercuti. Dalam gambar nampak mewah dan aesthetic tapi bila sampai macam hotel bajet. Harga pun mahal. Tak sesuai untuk family dan orang tua sebab kena naik tangga nak ke bilik. Bilik tidur boleh dengan bunyi dari bilik sebelah. Pool pun tak bersih. Parking pun susah dan hotel ni dekat lorong-lorong yang sempit. Better cari hotel yang proper untuk bercuti.

Liked the swimming pool and location in overall. However for the room, the wood bed frame edge abit rough and sharp, possibly will cut people 's skin, need hotel side to look into this matter. Also the following are the areas to improve:- need more places to hang clothes.- need a small table to eat or drink.- at night after the gates are locked, need to inform the guests the proper way to go out, I saw a lot of guests are not sure how to enter and exit after the gates are locked.

Location wise is great however swimming pool wasn't maintain well (or meant for landscaping only not for swimming), room without number, can hear sound of people walking or cleaner vacuuming floor which is quite noisy. Unique room but won't go again. Toilet without door, shower place is glass door with a sheer only. And the height of the bathroom is too tall, making one hard to climb up, at least make a tiny step to step up would be better.

Can't sleep all night. Too noisy with cars, motorbike etc. Won't stay here ever again. Room is acceptable but location at the main road & you should do something to soundproof the room.

The additional cleaning fees is uncalled for upon check-in. Traveloka has the cheapest rate but is pointless when you need to pay additional cleaning fee? This isn't airbnb. Kindly work out between your hotel commitment and your booking channel deals. It isn't right and I am pretty sure I'm not the only one highlighting the matter.

The place is not suitable for girls stay out, no IC checked, no mysejahtera checked, seems like no privacy. Sharing toilet male and female.

PROS: Nice concept, spacious room space, air conditioner and fan working great. Water pressure for shower is good. CONS: There is no bidet for the toilet ensuite. No proper ventilation. We can only use the toilet for light usage, had to go restaurant/mall for proper toilet with bidet. My personal opinion, Malaysian are used to have bidet in the toilet, for better hygiene, just toilet paper ain't gonna work. Also, to have proper ventilation for the unwanted smell escape the room, as there's only langsir separating your toilet & your bed.

Toilet need to improve add on Hose for muslim folks. That hotel need to add hose add toilet. But bath room very superb best.

The reception asks for RM20 for the 'Cleaning fee' during Check-In, which is never stated anywhere during the booking process. Daylight robbery and dishonest acts by this premise. Should have stated earlier or included in the booking price so that potential customer can make a well-informed decision. I did ask for a receipt but to no avail.
