kamarnya bagus,ruang tamu, dan view-nya langsung ke twin tower, tapi ketika masuk ke gate, diinfokan oleh pemilik apartemen jangan bilang kalau kita booking, bilang visitor aja😥, check out pagi2, nggak bisa pakai grab krn kita pakai cash, terdampar 1 jam diluar, untung ada taxi online maxim, bisa pakai cash, bisa ke KL Central terus ke johor 😁

Akmomdasi sama dengan foto di aplikasi, ownernya baik dan help full fasilitas lengkap. Next kalau ke kalau lagi bakal menginap lagi disini.

Sangat recommended, tempatnya nyaman, bersih, yang paling penting view dan fasilitasnya keren, bakalan menginap lagi kalau ke kalau besok-besok.

Saya sangat senang tinggal di Setia Sky Residences, tempat yang strategis dan dengan segala fasilitas yang bagus (kolam renang dan gym).

On web show's bathtub, but when came no bathtub

Mereka memberikan saya kamar yang sangat tidak layak huni. Toilet rusak, lampu mati, dan juga bunyi dari AC dan fan. Saya sangat kecewa mengapa mereka membiarkan kamar tidak layak huni dijual. Untuk staf sangat ramah dan membantu, lokasi bagus. Hanya saja unitnya tidak layak.

The style of dealing was inappropriate in the room the internet was not working I have told them but nobody came, the bathroom was very dirty and smelled foul, honestly I never liked the place

Room is good. Check in and check out problem. I waiting outside about an hour before staff coming to check in and check out also. Calling phone no one answer

Good location, facing petronas tower, KL tower, nice view, clean and comfortable apartment.

Do not expect there will be Receptionist Desk at each Tower, since the Unit is run by individual owner. When we arrived at 10:00 am, the Security Guard did not allow us to even come into the complex, since our name is not in their List for that day. Our plan is to visit IJN (hospital), thinking to check in or put our bag at the residence first then go to IJN. Try to call booking site Representative, But not help much. Try to call Setia Sky Residence, the answer is we have to wait for our name printed out on the list, and can check in only by 2-3 pm. Very disappointed on the serviced apartment management.

1) No one at the lobby for us to communicate and the guard did not understand anything 2) Waiting for a very long time to check in to the room (1 hour) and another 2 hour for check out W**? 3) No one to refer when staying at that hotel 4) Overall review, W** is wrong with this hotel?

Worst staff ever! We arrived midnight and after the long travel they ask us to do check in at the security gate , bare in mind the security gate just ask for your name and give you a phone number and you need to call the number to get your room. We just arrived and don't have a local sim card yet when we ask is there any phone we can use they said no. We need to call them from our international call. When we want to do check out or asking for anything we need to call the local number and wait for an hour until they answer and wait another hour until the staff go down to the lobby . When we asked the security is there any other number we can call since we tried to call for an hour and no response and we need to get our flight. The security just say “no , you just wait”. Worst stay ever ! Not worth the money !

Lovely home. Spacious & tidy. Good facilities although need maintenance. Easy access to other sites, ie. KLCC, KL tower, DoubleTree...
