なんて経験豊かな人でしょう。トラベロカでシティビューのツインベッドルーム2部屋を予約したのですが、アゴダに転送されて窓なしのシングルベッドルームになってしまいました。トラベロカで予約した部屋とアゴダで予約した部屋では料金が違っていました。受付の人に聞いたところ、昨年からトラベロカは利用していないとのことでしたが、ホテルの部屋はまだトラベロカで予約可能とのことでした。うーん…ホテル側は、アプリの問題を指摘するだけでなく、もっと良い解決策を見つけるべきです。

Bilik sempit, tak ada ruang solat. Tandas berbau, cadar gatal. Keluar makan sekejap, masuk bilik berbau rokok. Entah siapa yang curi-curi masuk. Tidak lagi menginap di sini. Buang duit saja.

Lack of soundproof. Too much noise during the day during the staff doing cleaning. The floor was also quite sticky when wet, seems like it is not being mop so well. The tv got no remote control, hence it was hard to change channel and volume etc. Apart from that, it was quite ok for your budget. The whole room has plenty of wall sockets.

Dekat area bandar, kedai makan berdekatan, ok.

Lokasi yang strategik, mudah untuk mencari makanan.

Overall harga berpatutan. Dekat bamdara. Sebelah je shell gn burger king. Dkt je. Tapi toilet kotor. Pasti pintu tidak safety. Sebab lock rantai tuh cabut. Parking agak susah bila waktu tengah hari, yang lain bole laa

The room is so dirty. Lots of hairs on bed. I don't think they tidy the room or not. The receptionist is also unfriendly. Really disgusting! It's nightmare. Trust me.

The room was dirty & the toilet was muddy. In fact no remote control for tv. The rest was OK. Thanks

Bilik ok dan luas ada ruang untuk solat. Cuma bilik air sahaja ade kotor sedikit. But it's ok. Staff pon ok. Mula-mula baca kesemua ulasan tu macam dah down, but I try check in hotel ni. Alhamdulillah semua ok. Chanel TV sila tambah. At least ade semua channel biasa, pon memadai.

Kami berpuas hati bilik yang selesa, resepsionis yang baik. Cuma kemudahan iron yang disediakan kurang memuaskan. Harap pihak hotel sediakan iron yang tidak bermasalah.

Attentive and helpful receptionist. For RM51 per night, I believe the room is comfortable enough for a short stay and I will surely come again.

It has an elevator, has in-room water heater, has large mirrors, has good air conditioners, is located very near to all known malls in Kuantan, has many parking spaces (though not theirs, just get the one-day parking coupon from the nearest 7-Eleven and you're good to go). I stayed in a family room with one queen bed and two single beds, it's actually two separate rooms sharing one bathroom, almost like a connecting room but only has one main door. We love it but note that their room is not always prepared on time. So you might have to wait upon check in. Bad service for such an awesome hotel.

Bed sheets dirty, bathroom never clean, room with spiders waps.

Value for money. The hotel is in a good location close to many shops and with lift. However, they need to improve on toilet's condition and cleanliness.

Overall OK kecuali tandas kotor berlumut dan bilik ada banyak nyamuk. Minta cleaner sental lumut-lumut pada lantai & dinding tandas.
