A) The Hotel check-in procedure is very simple. Sky D'Mont Suites is located at Tower 7 of Ion Delemen, Genting Highlands. We will send you the numeric code to collect your Lift Access Card and the Hotel PIN Code to enter your apartment respectively for the duration of your stay, at least 3 days in advance. From the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel Lobby, turn left and walk 1 minute to the Letterbox Room located at "F 03" Section of the Level G Car Park. At the Letterbox Room, look out for the Letterbox of your designated Hotel Apartment Number i.e. E7-3X-XX, then use the 3 digits numeric code (sent to you prior to your arrival) to open the letter box to retrieve your Lift Access Card. Please lock the letterbox and swipe the numeric code back into random numbers. To get to your apartment, you can now walk back to the Hotel Lobby and take the lift from Level G to Level 6. From Level 6, walk along the corridor to Tower 7. From Tower 7 Lobby, take the Lift using your Lift Access Card to reach your apartment level i.e. 3X. Walk to your designated apartment door and key in the 6 digits Hotel PIN code and press the (hash/ pound) key. The door will open after 1-2 seconds. "Teng Teng.." You may enter and enjoy the fully furnished apartment, the free mini bar as well as the marvelous mountain top views. By the way, the Hotel PIN code will be valid through out the duration of your stay. To check out, just close the apartment door and slot the Lift Access card back at the same Letterbox. Yes, it's that simple! Now, Sky Delemen Suites awaits your arrival. May you have a mesmerizing getaway here! B) Please note that this suite's default occupancy is TWO (2) Adults, extra bed charges apply for 3rd Adult at MYR 75 and MYR 150 for the 4th Adult. Maximum occupancy for this suite is FOUR (4) Adults. C) The management reserves the rights to refuse guest entry or cancel the booking with no refund, when there are more than 4 persons who insisted to check in.
