Begitu masuk kamar kaget lihat sprei kotor, pintu kamar rusak (tanyata hampir semua kamar bkan saya saja), tidak ada sabun dan shampo, resepsionis tidak ramah pula. Lengkap parahnya. Not recommended!

Hotel under construction, jadi berisik sekali. kunci kamar tidak bisa digunakan, setiap mau masuk kamar harus minta dibukakan receptionist. Kurang ramah pekerja-pekerjanya

Saya check in tgl 20/12 2019 di kamar 116. Hari pertama Kunci kamar rusak dan setiap kali buka pintu harus minta satpam atau Resepsionis utk buka kan pintu n AC jg ada kerusakan, setiap 8 jam berhenti sendiri (bukan timer), dan ketika hari ke 2 AC semakin parah, setiap 1 jam berhenti sendiri sampai akhirnya kurang tidur. Hari ke 3 saya complain dan dipindahkan ke Kamar 111 (Sudah ada kamar kosong), kali ini yg rusak kunci kamar Toilet. Untuk tahun ini dan mungkin beberapa bulan ke depan masih akan terjadi suara berisik di pagi hari pada pukul 08channel TV hanya ada 3 (tiga) Channel saja. Untuk lokasi memang strategis, hanya itu nilai positifnya saja. Terima kasih.

Service is very bad. No professional hotel. the reception lady name is Lisa. She is not nice and very mean. I check in and they give dirty room..the room is not service room yet. And I don't want to stay in that hotel. and very upset t.

When I checked in, the system was down, so the hotel can't provided me the electronic key card for my room, which mean, I have to go to reception and ask them to open my room everytime I went back.

The refrigerator is broken, not cold at all. When I ask the receptionist to move to another room, first they say ok, after that they say can not. The electricity is broken, so I even cant charge my phone The water heater also broken cant use to make hot water Soo bye2 Sky Hotel.

Receptionist 24 jam. Ramah dan tanggap. Bersih sekalipun dalam tahap pembangunan. Nyaman dan lengkap fasilitasnya. Dekat dengan tempat makan dan tempat belanja.

The hotel under renovation, no information about that when booking, the towel is old, no floor mate, if ask for more tower got to pay.

1st night - when we check in, the air-cond is not functioning well, called up the reception ask for maintenance but she said there's no maintenance. She ask us to change the room. We change the room and the air-cond was ok. 2n night - morning when we wake up and want to take shower, the hot water not functioning, called again the receptionist and she said yes only our room with no hot water. Try to look for the maintenance or manager but the receptionist mentioned both is not around. Overall stay is terrible. Not recommended!

Kamar bersih, petugas ramah, kemana-mana dekat bisa jalan kaki, cari makan juga gampang, setiap datang ke kalau selalu menginap di sini, gedung masih dalam renovasi, mudah-mudahan segera selesai dan makin bagus lagi.

Kebersihan kamar kurang banget, tembok ada bercak merah-merah tidak dibersihkan, tidak TV itu darah/makanan/minuman; debu dimana-mana resepsionisnya tidak ada ramah tamah sama sekali, suasana hotel pas sore malam menyeramkan, untung datang sama teman, jadi tidur bareng teman juga, Padahal sewa 2 malam, tapi besoknya kami pindah hotel. Itu pengalaman kami si ya, yang lain belum tentu sama. Kalau ditanya mau menginap di sana lagi atau tidak, tentu tidak.

Kamar gelap kurang bersih lampu di koridor kelap kelip air panasnya tidak hidup di blang ke reseptionis no respon lagi ada renovasi makanannya agak berdebu.

Kamar bau rokok, jorok, kotor, pelayanannya kurang rama, lorong masuk kamar gelap tidak ada fasilitas apa👎

The lobby computer is not available to use for guest as all of them broken

Dekat dengan jalan alor, dekat dengan convention store, hotel bersih, tapi pas datang lagi renovasi, jadi kesannya kumuh.

Lokasinya strategis, tapi kemarin lagi renovasi agak sedikit berantakan.

The staff is great. So helpful. But the hotel is under renovation so we cannot enter room with our own card. Need staff to open the room for us everytime. Everything good.

Beda dengan yang dulu yang menginap, kebersihan kurang dan bau yang kurang nyaman.
