Contact the host 1 day before department but no response. At arrival, cannot call the host, no detail information about the booking so cannot check in. Terrible experience with this host/service.

Tempatnya nyaman dan bersih, memang dekat kemana-mana tapi untuk jalan kaki berasa gais capenya kalau ke pavillion, aquaria klcc, twin tower dan suria jadi kaya nanggung gitu. Jalan kaki cape, naik grab kedekatan.

It was not easy to check in an somebody offered room and request to cancel my booking via app. Toilet disappointed, jetwasher and flash unrepaired yet😟

Overall: This place is good for short trip or layover or just to sleep place. Location: Superb! Nearby to KLCC and KLCC Walk, easy to reach convenience stores. Facility: The Room posting does not mention that the pool and gym facility would be chargeable as it run by other party. This quite misleading not mentioning the facility not belong to the room. Bed: Not 5 star. Just Okay. Not the kind that hotels used to have. Room Amenities: Basic toiletries, no shoe racks, no hanging space, no place to hang wet towels and clothes, washing machine unable to dry completely. 1 toilet with mini shower, for 5 persons, and the shower floor is bit mossy and no place to hang towel except the door knob. Access: Extensive security, everywhere need access card. The guide for self check in is good for check in, but no guide to park the car and instructions on how to access from parking space to the building. Reception/Response: There is no 24 hour receptionist, asking on the parking but no response after 11 pm, not mention in the Room Policy/Remarks in the web, another misleading information. Also the reception/person in charge not aware on the Swimming Pool and Gym facility exact charges.

Apartment sangat bagus sekali fasilitas yang disediakan sangat lengkap! Saya sangat puas menginap 4 hari disana, berada di pusat kota kuala lumpur memudahkan saya untuk pergi ke landmark Malaysia. Thank you. Saya pastikan ketika saya ke KL lagi, saya akan menginap disini lagi.

Ruangan besar, perlengkapan komplit, value for money bgt dah, deket ke KLCC, Bukit Bintang.

love the bright, clean room with minimalist furniture decoration. though it's an apartment, there is someone cleaning the room everyday without additional fee for cleaning. wifi is fast. the agent is very responsive and super helpful.

Check-in sendiri karena kami sampai sudah tengah malam tapi semuanya mudah karena dibantu oleh staf. housekeeping oke tiap hari ganti handuk mantap. Bersih, keren dan bisa masak sendiri.
