Wifi が最高でした。 客用の冷蔵庫が二階の給水器の横に設置してほしい。

The place was not clean especially the bed and towels. Had difficulty in changing the TV channels and did not provide more for entertainment. The bathroom should have more concern by cleaning the sinks especially.

clean and comfy

Westayed for two nights. Property was ata convenient location however our stay wasn’t comfortable. The bed linens were not clean. We asked the receptionist to change it however no house service available at that time. The lady at reception wasfriendly and very co operative though. She gave us wxtra linens to spread to make shift for night. However i suppose next day only bed linens were put on the old ones and not replaced and duvet cover was not changed. No amenities in the bathroom. Only small soap bars. Have seen multiple variety of bugs in the bathroom. Be very wary of them entering ur luggage overall i will give a 4 outta 10. For convenience only as it was nearto bus transit and all that cameron has to offer

Good - Great location and staff are wonderful. Very close to good food and they let you leave your bag on check out day so you can go explore more. Bad - The sheets are stained and have black hair all through them, same with the towels. The bathroom is super clean but there were cockroaches in my room - some already dead in the corners. I stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear rats in the roof, it woke me up, it is so creepy and loud. The owners child also gets up for school between 6-7am and SCREAMS SO LOUD.

Pagas por lo recibes, lo justo y necesario para dos noches, la recepcionista fue amable pero en la habitación había una ventana que no se cerraba dando a eso una falta en la seguridad, las toallas que te dan estan usadas mil veces, lavadas y lavadas. en la habitacion no tienes espacio para nada.

The bedsheet never change. Everytime I want to sleep, I have to scratch all over my body. It feels very itchy like the bed filled with bed bugs. The TV only have 3 channels? so boring. The room didn't even have a hook to hang my clothes.

easy check in and checkout. only need to pay rm50 for deposit during check in. no lift, no water heater, near restaurant so easy to buy some foods. also near to pharmacy and 7e

The room provided is suitable for me and my family. Value for money. Great experience. As for improvement, maybe hotel can review back the list of tv channel provided because there are only 3 channel provided (1 tamil, 1 astro ria and astro foxsport 2). Maybe can just add on malaysian free local channel like rtm1, rtm2, tv3 etc...

Smack at the center of Tanah Rata so everything is accessible from this hotel. I got a fan room but I don't think I've ever used it. It is chilly at Cameron Highlands so you don't need any AC. You can hear noises from the other rooms.

The hotel itself is within walking distance to the bank and restaurants. The twin room was clean but a bit too small.

The facilities kind of suck, only one iron for the whole guest. No hair dryer in a room, also no phone in a room that can direct to the reception. Other than that, it is ok. The room in clean. The bathroom and towel is clean. On the first floor, there were COWAY water despencer. So I can refill it anytime.

Cet hôtel ne reflète aucunement la qualité d'hébergement à laquelle Expedia nous a habituée. Il ne devrait aucunement se retrouver parmi les choix offerts. Je ne m'attendais pas au luxe, étant donné le tarif mais les deux évaluations de 5/5 sont trompeuses. Pour la première fois en plus de 30 ans de voyage, nous ne sommes pas resté à cet hôtel. Nous avons été chanceux car l'hôtel derrière avait eu une annulation, nous avons donc pu avoir une chambre à l'hôtel connexe du Suria, soit le Highlanders Hotel (il semblerait que les deux propriétaires soient des frères). J'aurais apprécié que l'hôtel Suria nous rembourse notre deuxième nuit. C'était un samedi soir et les Cameron Highlands étaient envahis par les touristes. Je suis certaine que l'hôteliera a réussis a louer cette chambre. Je suis fâchée et déçue. Ces dernièrs années, j'ai fais à peu près toutes nos réservations d'hébergement avec Expedia, j'avais une confiance absolue en leur jugement. Le Suria Hotel ne correspond pas aix standards Expedia, peu importe le prix. J'ai déjà écrit à l'hôtel et à Expedia concernant ma grande insatisfaction.

The hotel is disgusting and one of the worst we have seen in many years of traveling. There were spillage of drinks and potentially other bodily fluids on the walls (in several rooms we checked). The was black mold all around the sink. The bed covers were stained with old stains. Highly recommended not to touch this hotel, there are so many around it.

The hotel is very near to the night market, near to restaurants & pub.Room is comfortable & clean. Facilities are good.
