トゥナマヤ ビーチ & スパ リゾート – デサル

ジョホールバルから往復Grabで行きました。片道120RM。ホテルは古いが室内は綺麗でした。朝食はマレー系が多いが量も十分あり美味しいです。朝7時〜10時半まで。すぐそばにハンバーガー屋があります。ダブルバーガーくらいで21RM。ホテルプールやビーチに人は少なくなかなかよいです。

スタッフの方々がみんな笑顔でとても優しかった。特にフロントの人が良かった。海辺の雰囲気も良く気持ち良く過ごせました。敢えて言うなら海のアクティビティが高いので、ちょっと手が出ませんでした。もっと安くて家族が簡単に遊べるものが有れば良いです。

良い点は、この安い値段で全室オーシャンビュー。 ローカルの観光客がほとんどで、朝食もローカル客好みのものがほとんど。 周辺には店はなく、ホテル内の売店があるのみ。 スーパー、レストラン、クリニックなどのあるショップロットまでは離れているので、車で10分弱ほど。 色々期待せずに、宿泊代を安く、海辺でのんびりするには良いかと。

ホテルは値段相応ですが、チャイニーズレストランのスタッフが子供にとても親切で、とても快適に食事を楽しめました。

TERRIBLE EXPERINCE 1) Karaoke was extreamly noizy until 2:30am, I could not sleep well first night on Saturday. Second night on Sundy, again very loud sounds came from Karaoke room until 3:00am. Finally, we called reception to compaint, but the receptionist said us that he will ask the Karaoke guest to volume down, not offering change the room. 2) We had dinner at the seafood restaurant in this hotel. One main dish plate was not delivered after we waited more than 45minutes, we finally asked the waiter when it would come. The guest in the restaurant was only us. Water and sheff was chatting as if they were killing time. His was very honest, saying "Oh I forget!". We cancelled it, but when I checked out, I found it was charged on the bill!. 3) Wifi signal was very weak and VPN did not work.

リフォームされたホテルで、リフォームの跡が残っています。ランプの電源コネクタが壊れていたり、トイレを流すと床に水が漏れたりと、ジョホールバルの安価なホテルにありがちな状態でした。 ただし、ビーチサイドで立地が良く、部屋も広め、眺めも良く、くつろぐ目的は十分達成できました。 価格相応と割り切れば非常に快適です。平日だったためかプールもほぼ貸し切り状態で満足です。 朝食付きプランで、メニューは豊富でした。味は好みなので意見が分かれるかもしれません。

Room is big and clean, hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Lift smell badly. Exterior very old.

Location of property is good, but overall no value for Money, hotel looks very old and not kept well. No facilities for kids like playground, water sprts etc. No good restaurant at this property, breakfast was not worth at all. Overall I do not see value for Money staying here.

Great access to beach and good seafood restaurent. Property is not well maintained, beach side cafe was under maintenance , breakfast buffet could be a lot better.

Room is big with nive view but bed is hard. Breakfast selection is nice.

Room was not cleaned properly, despite check-in delayed

We did not enjoy this place at all. It was not clean, trash all over, dirty elevator, clogged sink in room. It was very outdated. I do not recommend staying here. We left after the first night and forfeited the 2nd night because we were so uncomfortable there.

1. 연식은 오래 됐지만 벌레가 하나도 없어서 좋았어요. 개미 한 마리 못봤습니다. 2. 청소 상태는 별로였어요. 화장실 세면대 때, 방구석 먼지, 컵 설거지 안 되어있음... 3. 조식은 배만 채울 정도예요,, 커피 오믈렛 과일 정도 먹을만 해요 4. 프라이빗 비치가 있어서 좋습니다.

Awesome property, we recommend this stay. Less crowded, also food is very good but bit costly. Very near to beach. Also maintenance is good..

Shabby property poorly maintained , room service doesn’t exist , location is good and next to Lotus resort which is a walkable distance . Rooms are clean but have coackroaches Biggest disadvantage are unresponsive staff .

It's worst property I have ever visited. Property is totally run down condition & service is terrible where guests are just ignored. Not recommended for anyone to stay.

Please do not book ! This property is very old and no efforts have been put in to maintain it. Everything is broken and dirty. Rooms stink so bad. There are cockroaches in bathroom and toilet back flushes. Upon arrival at 4pm, they checked us in but they said room is not yet ready so we can’t give you the key yet as well as we can’t even confirm when the room will be ready. We had our 3 years old with us but reception was not able to make any efforts to get us a room. Their check in time is 3pm and we are talking about this terrible service when we were already one hour past check in time. With this initial experience on service as well as very dated and stinky ambiance, we requested them to cancel our booking so we can go some place else. They refused to consider our request but said “you can go some place else but we will not be able to refund your money”. Please do not book with them as property is so dated that management has even given up on how much they can fix. So feedback doesn’t bother them.

Tunamaya doesn’t fall in the high end group of resorts but it sufficed. We were mostly outside doing activities like fruit farms, firefly sightseeing and ATV rides. The view and proximity to the beach is wonderful and convenient. The food at the cafe and Nelayan restaurant was first-rate. Proximity to Wood-fire restaurant is definitely a plus when my kids crave for fast-food. The front office staff were friendly and nice. Areas to improve in: 1. Was made to wait till 3 pm before we can check-in, we came in the early morning ferry (only one ferry timing in a day). But they let us check in our bags. Next time, will drop the bags and start heading out. 2. Buffet was first-come, first-serve. Limited space in the dining area. We had no choice but to sit outside at the non-air-con area. Fans were too few and the sun shone in, it got unbearably hot. 3. Would be great if they could arrange for car rentals. We took grab/taxi everywhere we went. Overall, desaru offered a good getaway destination if you want to miss the queues at the causeway. Apart from the minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my family time at TunaMaya.

Quiet place, seafood restaurant is next to the hotel

The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. We booked 2 family rooms and 1 twin room and 1 of the family room is connected to the twin room which is great. For the price paid, it is value for money. One area that can be improved on is the breakfast which some food items are placed outdoors which tend to attract flies. Will suggest to include milo as a breakfast hot drink option noting that the resort has many families with kids.
