Smell urine

Excellent place to stay.

Lovely apartment, customer service helpful, great location. Beds were super, room large and cool, nice pool and super happy with experience.

When i booked the room, it says 2 x queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 twin bed and 3 futon. So we have a group of 7, not wanting to sleep on the futon, thinking still enough for us, but when we were there, we realised there were only 1 king, 1 queen and 1 single bed. We still need to sleep on the futon. futon condition is okay, although it's thin, but the cover looks old. Projector didn't work that well, the room with the single bed does not have air con. overall, I will not book with this host again. the only thing they offer is late checkout till 1pm.

...by Fives Hotel. Hence I was not notified there is a change of ownership and there is nothing I can do. What is more frustrating than having to pay for a room that is non existent is the disruption of the trip. Hotels.com should do a more thorough reviews of the properties before putting them up for sale.

The rooms was very nice and comfortable, my kids love it. The beds and room amenities was very good. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Only issue is the area is too noisy with people walking around every 30 minutes to 1 hour, chatting, screaming and playing until 5am. So our sleep was broken. May be our room was facing nearby the shoplot staircase, there are quite some rooms located further away from this would have been better.

Location was good for my bisness trip however the place is rundown. Sound proving was bad especially if the pub is operating. Room was good however the toilet was clogged.

Staff very friendly and helpful

Bathroom drainage doesn't clear fast and the floors are drenched in water. Rooms are not as well-lit as shown in the pictures. Minimal interior decoration (doesn't give the same ambience as that shown in the picture). No frills service. When we requested for toilet paper, (only 1 roll was provided) we had to pick it up from the reception instead. One of the glasses are dirty (with visible crumbs on the glass). Spacious, no-frills and value for money if you only need a comfortable bed to sleep.

Budget but clean and new, although no facilities or breakfast, you really cannot complain for the price you are paying.

The room is exactly like the photo. The towels are white and clean. Toiletries are great. There are also coffee, tea and 2 bottles of water in the room. The room is beautifully done up and it's spacious. Parking is free but the car park is a let down. The male receptionist is exceptionally friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and special. It's easy to call Grab and only costs RM6 to go to City Square. Lots of eateries in the evenings and a convenient store nearby. The property is not great but the room compensated for it. Will definitely stay again.

Refurbish hotel in an old business centre; Room was full of dust and hygiene was really bad, body feel itchy all night; no tissue available in the room; no make up room after a night stay; thin walls with noisy sound outside until early in the morning, can easily hear people chatting and walking around in the lower floor, or driving at the car park as it located at the next building; Supposed to stay three night end up cancelled for the third night as unable to stay for the bad condition.
