I've been scammed with this property as the guardhouse says this “victoria home” isn't exist anymore.

Very worst and bad. The room smelly smoke.

Would come back again with my family

The house is neat, nice & beautiful. But the lift is very confusing & banyak buang masa hanya untuk tunggu lif shj.

apartmentnya bagus, bersih, cuma pas awal datang itu agak kerepotan nyari lift nya, banyak liftnya soalnya, ternyata liftnya langsung masuk ke unit kita tinggal, check in juga mudah setelah di beri instruksi da victoria home nya, oia sebelum check in, jangan lupa konfirmasi dulu sama receptionistnya by whatsapp. semua staffnya akan bantu, pake bahasa melayu juga mereka bisa. mereka ramah, dan sangat membantu.

The room is okay, but the things is I couldn't connect to the wifi. It's connected but there's no internet access. I did contact the host and he told me that he will call their technician. But then, there's no action taken. I've been waiting for 2 hours. But nothing. Overall it's okay.

bad after sales service.. still not refund my deposit.. said it only took 24hours to refund.. now almost 1 week already since check out.. loser !!

Didn't spilled clear for rm60 cleaning fee. Supposed to add on or clear at description. Parking unit so far and not user friendly. Most facilities closed under maintenance

It was a great stay. Booked last minute and got upgraded and the staff handling us Putra is very helpful! Will sure to comeback ❤

Check in hampir satu jam, jika travel bersama kanak. sangat memenatkan, berhati-hati dengan charge-charge tambahan.

My family and I have a pleasant stay here. A very good place when you need a big room that could accomodate many family members. The room is stylish, clean and comfortable. The service is also great! Recommended👍🏼

1st need to pay deposit via credit card or direct debit rm100, my deposit will refund within 1 month, wth.. then need to pay cleaning service rm60 additional. lazy river on arte closed on 25/9/19. check out 11am late charges rm15 per hour. not all tower can access. the card only can use for access my tower only tower 2.. other tower need to call for security touch for you. if no 1 there you cannot use lift.

Nice place. The 3 rooms apartment was really good and fully furnished. Got iron, hair dryer, full kitchen equipment, washing machine with dryer, all place with aircond, towel and extra bed with blanket. The place was really well maintained. Must get ready for Deposit RM100 & RM60 for cleaning service (cheaper than others). Check out time at 11am is not reasonable. Not enough time spend at pool. And the only frustration is with the lift. Lift from car park to room are really bad. During weekend must wait at least 30mins in basement to ground floor. and must wait more than 30mins to take lift to their awesome places in other tower. Overall, the stay was good and can be better if owner can extend the check out time to be little more longer.

Its not suitable for family with kids as you need to take literally 3 lifts from basement that are slow and always full just in order to go to the apartment. The lifts also are situated in different tower. The check-in time is supposed to be at 3pm but 5pm only we were given our keys, that was only after many phonecalls and messages. Difficult to reach out the person in charge. If the room is not ready, then tell us earlier. Instead we the one who called them and rarely pick up. And difficult to find the key in the keyroom. They sent us msg to take the key in the keyroom but the key isnt there. Then they told us to wait extra 20min. Pls don't give false hope esp to family with small children. Pool is small and bcs of PH, so many people. But when my children came to the pool monday morning, just after 3 minutes, all the visitors in the pool need to give way for the cleaners to clean the pool.

The place is awesome. Clean and well maintained. Had fun doing some "treasure hunt" finding their access card and parking lot. Hehe. Nice building and only 5 minutes to KLCC and pavilions. P/S : a little suggestion. Hope they can provide a big mirror at the hall. One mirror in the bathroom not enough 😂

This accommodation is perfect. the place is so big and nice. we can cook inside and have big fridge
