We spent 10 fantastic days, wonderful resort is the second time we go back the sea the barrier the food the staff, especially Mini our host, pampered us and fulfilled our every request

We really enjoy our stay at the Royal Island Resort & Spa. The villas had a high standard including the cleaning service twice a day, thanks to Nor for a good job especially warm welcoming & reunion-wish infront of our leaving. We had a Sunset villa and the view was really amacing. Every morning there were staff cleaning of the Island and beaches after the nights weather! The waiter at the resturant were professional & made us feel special welcomed every single time, special thanks for your service Habib & the hostess Lakhsii. The food at the resturant, the fresh fruit & all delicious were absolute top class.

The privacy on the beach, the views were stunning, the marine life was fabulous. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Our Villa was a little tired. The beds were rock hard and dips in the mattresses. Many tiles in the bathroom had cracks. The wooden floor was tired. Overall though a fabulous resort.

Il fatto che non c’era nulla di plastica o di carta aumenta la sostenibilità. Questo è estremamente importante.

Tolle location, sehr freundliches, hilfreiches Personal, was alles dafür macht um den Gast zufrieden zustellen. Im Restaurant hatten wir viel Spaß mit unserem routinierten Kellner. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und in großem Angebot. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der idyllisch gelegenen Beach Villa an der Lagune. Beim Schnorcheln viele bunte Fische, Schildkröte, kleinere Riffhaie und sogar einen größeren Delphin springen gesehen. Es war schon ein besonderes Erlebnis auf der kleinen schönen Insel den Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen.

We had a lovely tranquil stay, feeling very well looked after by the friendly staff. The island is idyllic and the accommodation is comfortable with excellent Aircon and fan in the bedroom. The food in the buffet was varied, fresh and delicious and the bar served excellent cocktails. The home reef is vibrant and perfect for snorkelling round. The dive centre gave my husband a great refresher course and good diving opportunities afterwards. Royal Island provides an altogether lovely, relaxing close-to-nature experience!

Lovely place with a beautiful beach, lots of lush green, a nice pool and good facilities. The food is great! I’m vegan and was satisfied with the options. The spa looks not only beautiful, but the massage was great. Thank you, staff. Noble, he is so involved 🙏 But also the restaurant staff: kind and interested. The cabin was good. Outdoor shower, which I loved, could use a little update. The bed was horrible, though…hard.

Royal Island is a paradise! This was our first time to the Maldives and didn't know what to expect. The service was top notch from the time we stepped foot on the island. Staff were available to check in all groups arriving on the boat at the same time, so there was no waiting. We were set up with a contact via WhatsApp (Mark) and he kept us up to date with what was going on at the island each day and was available to address all of our questions. The food at the buffet was good and each dinner had a different theme keeping it interesting. Our server Naseer was friendly and efficient. Finally the setting! The island is beautiful! The clearest water outside of a pool I have ever swam in. We were at the west end of the island and there was easy access to snorkelling in the lagoon. There is some damage to the reef, but we still saw so many fish, rays and a shark. We also enjoyed the Wanderlust and Hanifaru Bay snorkelling excursions. The transfers were well planned (don't panic about not having the details until the day before). And bonus, because we had a late departure they gave us late check-out without an extra charge. Overall a fabulous experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic resort! Beautiful nature, delicious food, great spa. Definitely recommend making the extra effort to get here (20-minutes local flight boat). The best price for quality.

Great place to stay, just perfect. Accommodation well maintained, good food and excellent, friendly staff. The island and sealife is like paradise. We were in many places around the globe, but this is really a great place to enjoy holidays. Hope to come back again !

One of the most relaxing enjoyable holiday resorts I've ever been to.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche auf der Insel. Leider ist bei all inklusive nicht alles dabei. Es sind nur ausgewählte Cocktails und ausgewählte Säfte dabei. Auf dem Zimmer bekommt man pro Tag 2 Softdrinks, 2 Säfte und 2 große Flaschen Wasser. Essen gibt es im Hauptrestaurant 3 Mahlzeiten und von 16-18 Uhr in einem Restaurant Snacks. Leider war an 3 von 7 Tagen der Weißwein aus. Die Cocktails waren zu süß. Die Strände sind sehr mit abgestorbenen Korallen bestückt und das Riff hat auch sehr gelitten. Man sieht aber trotzdem viele bunte Fische, Muränen, Schildkröten, Haie und Rochen. Die Fahrt zu den Mantas war superschön. Auch der Ausflug zum Sunset fishing ist zu empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Die Insel ist sehr grün. Viele hohe Bäume, viele Orchideen... Viele Flughunde Alles im Allen hatten wir eine tolle Woche. Man muss dazu sagen, dass wir in der Ferienzeit da waren und die Insel sogar überbucht war. Daher war sehr viel los.... Was auch sehr positiv ist, das man im Hauptrestaurant immer am selben Tisch sitzt und man den selben Kellner hatte. Unser Kellner Ali war super nett.

Royal Island Resort and Spa is one of the best resorts in the world. I spent one week there and I really loved it. It was an amazing experience. Everyone is friendly. The staff make you feel like you’re home and one of the family. The amenities are available to everyone. You will find mostly everything there. You just need to enjoy your time. I recommend it to everyone. Just go and you will love it.
