Very good

Very disappointed regarding the check in procedure, no plug near to the bed , I had to take off the kettle to charge my phone, no smart tv no rag in the floor. But the cleaner was ver good and kind. The breakfast buffet wasn’t good less options.

Great location. Rooftop pool a great feature.

Trevlig personal, fantastisk frukost, bra WiFi. Tyvärr ingen bäddmadrass så rätt hård säng, men i övrigt är vi väldigt nöjda. Nära till havet och kommunikation.

We booked the sea-view room, and it was absolutely worth it. The calming sound of the waves felt like free therapy — we probably saved thousands on healthcare just by listening! :)

Frukost var toppen men det luktade akvarium i källarlokalen där man äter och mycket mögel i spa och gym. Rummet mot vattnet var fantastisk och personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig

The hotel has an excellent location with a frontal view of the Mediterranean Sea. The included breakfast buffet is varied and delicious! The staff is kind and helpful and the music in the rooftop terrace was awesome! Overall, a great value!

The first room we were given was completely run-down, stains on the walls and furniture, mold in the bathroom, broken grout around the tiles, and broken shower holder. The next morning I asked for a different room since I knew (from reading other reviews) that there were newly renovated 3-person rooms. They had the housecleaning manager meet me at my room to walk them through all the things that were wrong (I'm sure they already knew..) and then they put us up in a newly renovated room which was 100x better. It's appalling that they would give anyone the first room, it was SO bad. I will say this place has a great location, you can catch the bus easily to the airport across the street and the ferry to Valletta is a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was ok, people were friendly enough, but also if you're not a british tourist over 65 you might feel a little out of place here like we did (late 30s, early 40s).

We stayed for 8 days as a wind-down from a vigourous Asian holiday and it was perfect. We had a great view of the Sea and fell asleep to the sound of the surf. The bed was very comfortable - with 2 pillows each - and the room was very spacious. We asked for a fix for a cupboard door that was falling off and again when the TV wouldn't turn on, and maintenance was very prompt in fixing both. The breakfast was smazing. We were even offered a "take-away-breakfast" when we had to check out at 4 am on our last day. They have an events desk that lined up aa one day excursion to Gozo Island that was very friendly, informative and helpful. The Terrace on the roof as great, with plenty of seating snd a great view. The pool looked great but, in mid- October, was a bit too cool for our liking. We made use of the lounge chairs, though. Overall, it was a great stay.

Couldn't fault the hotel and staff. This is ours fourth time to the area of Sliema, Malta. Love this area been coming since 2004, but first time sonce 2014. Great for exploring the island most excursions leave from here. Also options for bus , ferry or water taxis across to Valletta. We love the promenade for walks, stopping for refreshments in the many bars and restaurants.

Bra Hotel, personalen uppfattas som lite nonchalant men har nog mer med olika kultur att göra. Final rum mot havet.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, reichlich Auswahl 7-10.00 Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Kleines Problem im Zimmer wurde sofort gelöst.

This was our 4th stay at this fabulous hotel. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. We were greeted with a glass of bubbly each which was a lovely treat. Spotlessly clean, with friendly and helpful staff, fabulous breakfast. Thank you so much, until the next time…..

Hôtel situé sur le front de mer à Sliema. Impeccable pour les excursions car a 15mn de marche du port ou on peut prendre le ferry pour la valette ou tout un tas de bateaux pour des excursions. Beaucoup de bar / restaurants aux alentours. L'espace bar/piscine top au 8ème, avec une équipe très sympatique et attentionnée, dédicace à Jerry, Mukti et Andrès nos barmens. 3x par semaine de la musique live sur la terrace du 8ème le soir, très agréable. Un bon petit dej très copieux et varié. Seul manquait une offre de massage, mais a 5 de l'hôtel, id beauty dans la rue derrière propose ce service. Bon compromis avec un quartier animé le soir.

The hotel is in a good location, opposite the beach. Walking distance to eateries. Spacious room with a nice shower. Breakfast was great with a great variety and tried to change it up everyday which was good. The hotel should be flexible amd allow guest to check in early if their room is available. We arrived early around 11am, the receptionist did not check if room was ready, he said check in os at 3pm. At 2.30pm, I asked if room was ready but seemed like I was asking for out of this world. Checked in at around 2.50pm. Apart from that, the rest of our stay was great. We would stay at the diplomat again.
