We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful 5-star hotel and spa. The setting is idyllic, with a perfect balance of tranquility and access to local attractions. It’s an ideal location for both relaxation and exploration. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, professional, and eager to help. The spa is a particular highlight. Peaceful, beautifully maintained, and a real haven for relaxation. Our room was elegant, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with lovely amenities and attention to detail. The only slight drawback was the comfort of the bed. While the bedding itself was high quality, the plastic mattress protector underneath was a bit noticeable and detracted slightly from what we had expected to be a completely plush, seamless sleeping experience. Service by the pool, while friendly, was also a little slower than expected for a hotel of this caliber. It wasn’t a major issue, but there were a few delays in ordering and receiving drinks, which stood out only because everything else was so smooth and efficient throughout the hotel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. With just a few small improvements, this would be a flawless luxury escape.

Quiet, comfortable and very polite and friendly staff. What's not to like?

It was our second time at the hotel and we even got to stay in the same room. Although the decor may be a little bit dated in the bathroom, the overall impression of the place is one of great comfort and charm. The public areas of very well appointed and inviting. The heated pool is such an additional bonus. The staff is wonderful, the food terrific and the surroundings simply stunning.
