The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pool area was also okay. They have an outdoor shower where you can rinse off before and after having a dip in the pool. It is situated at the front of the hotel, which I thought was interesting. I wish the breakfast had more options for vegetarian/non pork eaters. It would also be great if there was a fruit basket, rather than it being in a fruit salad. Although I must say their yoghurt was divine. The free harbour cruise was a lovely touch, as we could learn more about Malta in 90 minutes.

Hotellet hade fyra stjärnor och enligt informationen om hotellet skulle det finnas en rad faciliteter som inte fanns i verkligheten: Spa, inomhuspool, uppvärmd utomhuspool och sportanläggning. Alla rum var superior enligt receptionen så att som vi betala extra för det var helt meningslöst. Vi önskade ett tyst rum högt upp i huset. Vi fick ett rum halvvägs i korridoren på andra våningen. Sängen var stenhård och varje gång man vände sig skrek fjädrarna. Det fanns hård tvål och nån slags obestämd flytande tvål i behållare på väggen. Poolområdet hade inte sol en minut under hela dagen. Hissen var hemsk och skakade till rejält varje gång den stannade. I källaren pågick bönemöten med sång och mässande som gav en märklig stämning. På plussidan var personalen trevlig och frukosten var helt okej.

Second visit to this hotel and the welcome was wonderful to have such a friendly atmosphere. The beds are hard so would recommend asking for a topper if thats what your comfort level is gauged to. Rooms are fairly aound proofed but dont stop the noise of people walking past the door.

Okay hotel. No sun, so if you are looking for a hotel where you can sunbathe this is not the hotel for you. However everything, including beaches, are within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, good cocktails at the bar. The breakfast feeds you, but is not a culinary experience. Overall okay experience. Parking is a nightmare, just get an uber. Rooms are clean, but a bit worn.

Sicuramente il rapporto qualità prezzo, perlomeno per l’offerta da me trovata, è ottimo. Molto meno costoso di altri alberghi a 100 m però certamente non un quattro stelle, più un 3 e mezzo per via dell’anzianità della struttura e del design delle camere che andrebbero un po’ rinfrescate. Per il resto Simon, il manager, e la signora della hall (di cui mi sfugge il nome) sono veramente cordiali e carini. Colazione sia dolce che salata, non esGerata, normale. Piscina ampia e posiIone strategica a sant paul’s bay l rendono una metà ottima. Consigliato per chi non ha pretese altissime ma vuole comunque un buon ambiente e vivere Malta al di fuori dell’hotel.

Very friendly staff who were so warm and welcoming. The room itself was lovely and comfortable with lots of nice amenities. Situated in the Bugibba area where there is lots to do a short walk away, and lots of bus stops nearby to take us to different parts of Malta. A great stay!

The Hotel itself was fine. The food was adequate. It is a shame that building works are currently happening and that it meant the streets were dirty and bordered on dangerous. Not the Hotel's fault but it will soon be hemmed in by these buildings

Personale super disponibile sempre. Colazione ok, ma migliorabile in termini di scelta Cena a prezzi super vantaggiosi, ma qualità medio/bassa Pulizia generale a norma (tranne coperte - maleodoranti) I bagni ed i pavimenti andrebbero a mio avviso rifatti. Cambierei sicuramente la biancheria da letto, non solo la trapunta ma anche le lenzuola (troppo sottili)

Such a friendly hotel in a great location. Our room was really spacious, clean and cool considering we were there during August and it was really hot. It was great to have a fridge in the room. The breakfast was really good and staff were all friendly. We loved the multicultural and friendly vibe. It felt like a home from home!

Pobyt bardzo udany. Rewelacyjny kontakt z hotelem. Po rezerwacji, a przed pobytem wysłana prośba o pokoje obok siebie została spełniona. Standard pokoi bardzo dobry, ładne i czyste. Łazienki pachnące. Materace na łóżkach bardzo wygodne. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i spory wybór. Basen nieduży, ale wystarczający. Nie ma problemu z leżakami, zawsze znalazły się wolne. Hotel położony ok. 3 min od przystanku z jednej strony półwyspu i ok. 7 min. od przystanku z drugiej strony półwyspu. Jest w spokojnej części, cicho w dzień i nocy.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. A lovely large room, but unfortunately not much of a view due to other high-rise buildings surrounding the property. The level of cleanliness was excellent, and all credit to the staff for keeping up the standards. This hotel is in a quiet part of the town, away from all the hustle and bustle of the built-up areas, so it's nice and quiet. If you want the bars and restaurants, they are only a 10 minute walk away, as is the beach.

Hotel przyjemny, codzienne sprzatanie. Śniadanie w formie bufetu, nakladane przez obsługę, czasami jajecznica wydawala sie jak z proszku.

A very good service delivered by friendly and professional staff. Comfortable rooms, decent breakfast buffet and excellent room service.

Had a lovley stay here last week. Decor a little dated and food not reallt to mt taste however i do believe they were offering a reduced menu in the current situation and im a very fussy eater. Staff lovley and welcoming and the included boat trip around the harbour was fabulous as a frequent traveler to malta ot was nice to experience something new. We stayed for 3 nights and moved onto a larger sea front hotel which cost considerably more however found with the current sitiation we were alot more comfortable in this hotel, they were not over crowded which easily enabled social distancing whilst still enjoying the facilities. Overall for the price at this time of year its fantastic value
