まあ、設備的に老朽化はあるけど、滞在期間内、居心地よかった

The property is beautiful and the area is lively. It’s a young person area full of bars and loud music at night.

I am unfortunately writing to register a complaint and dissatisfaction with my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel in Malta. This is a five star hotel, having stayed in many hotels including of a lesser rating the hotel is certainly not operating at a five star standard. The first room we were allocated was a corner room and the balcony was tiny with an exposed rusty water pipe with a view of a rooftop full of building materials. We expressed our disappointment and were moved to a different room which had a slightly better balcony and view. However, there was a cockroach in the room which we killed and let a staff member at reception know about. We did express we didn’t want any toxic fumes sprayed in the room, however when we returned later that evening that had sprayed the room. The patio doors also did not close properly and the noises from the bars and clubs throughout the night meant we did not have one good nights sleep. We were also informed that the rooftop pool and facilities were not in use and would not be open for our whole 7 day stay. This was a huge selling point to us and one of the reasons we picked to stay at this hotel, to not have been informed on the closure prior to our arrival or when we booked is not acceptable. Nothing in the pictures advertising the hotel looked like that in real life. The staff who dealt with our issues did the best they could, however it is not their fault that the facilities or lack of facilities had such a negative impact on

Parking wasn’t convenient, up the road. No valet service, basically told to park your own car up the road in the parkade

Super gelegen mit tollen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig und die Qualität sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und das Bett bequem. Vieles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Close to restaurants and bars, clean hotel and the staff were amazing

Generell ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Wie halt immer im Leben bestimmt das Personal den Gesamteindruck, welches im Gro0en und Ganzen sehr zuvorkommend ist. Die Mitarbeiter in in der Bar/Restaurant Watercurcuit sind sich jedoch offenbar selbst genug - leider für das Hotel. Nachdem das Paranga auch dazuzgehört - Essenqualitativ sehr gut, diverse "Dämmungsarbeiten" für die kalte Jahreszeit wären kein Fehler ;) Alles in allem aber wirklich tolles Hotel, guter Service

Excellent hotel in a good location, night clubs, bars and shopping within walk-in distance. Also great gym , swimming, sauna and steam

A smart hotel in an area with a lot of building work going on. It is also very close to a nightlife area that could be noisy. However if you get a "garden view" room, this overlooks a very large central garden and noise is not a problem. Breakfast is very good (although some of the hot dishes could dobwith being warmer) with a massive selection. Best hot option is the on demand kitchen dong eggs benedict; omelettes; and poached eggs.

Bruyant et sale

The Hotel and our suite was nothing special. The room itself was actually not in a very good condition - the balcony faced a boring back street and had broken floor tiles and a rusty railing. We had a leakage from the toilet ceiling, and the furniture were worn. There is a huge gym with generous opening hours, but the gym staff were neither friendly or helpful. However, we had access to the lounge on floor 15 wich was amazing! The staff was so friendly and provided world class service, especially Njambi deserves big thank you. The lounge service really made our stay!

Sempre un ottimo hotel ed un ottimo personale , ringraziamo il personale del ristorante del 7 piano per le attenzioni avute nei NS confronti e poi abbiamo avuto qualche problemino nella stanza e ci hanno subito spostato in una anche migliore ,i problemi possono esserci ma l InterContinental li risolve sempre e subito e non cala l attenzione con un hotel sempre pieno . Ci ritorneremo ancora questo è sicuro . Grazie mille
