マルタ国際空港からは遠く、路線バスで乗り換え無しで行けるが、荷物が多い場合はタクシー又は乗り合いのホテル直行バスをおすすめします。ホテルの周りにいくつものレストラン、ミニマーケットがあり、食事には困りません。 ホテルのサービス、朝食、清掃は素晴らしかった。 何よりゴゾ島、コミノ島に行くのもバスの乗り継ぎなし。ホテル目の前のバス停から発車する全ての路線がフェリー乗り場まで行くので、利便性が良い。纏めると、最高の滞在だった。 唯一、屋上のプールが16歳以上しか利用出来ないのが残念だった。中庭にもプールがあるので問題ないが、注意が必要。

Lovely hotel, clean & helpful staff with rooftop bar for adults and lower level pol for families. Excellent food in both restaurants.

Property is in the perfect location to get to everything. Staff at reception and concierge desk - so lovely. Made me feel at home. Room was great! Will go back for sure.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the hotel. The roof top pool being adults only was a bonus and we did not have any issues getting sunbeds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean - we were pleased we chose to have a balcony. Breakfast had lots of choice and plenty of it. The hotel was in a great location, with lots of restaurants in the vicinity to choose from and a lovely view of the sea. The only thing that could be a downside was having to go to and from the two hotel buildings either under or over the road, but it didn’t bother us! Would definitely stay here again - Malta is a lovely place to visit.

We had mixed feelings about our stay. Our arrival didn’t get off to the best start. We were taken all the way to the fifth floor via a connecting wing, only for the member of staff to realise after around 15 minutes in the heat that she didn’t have the room key. We then had to wait a further 20 minutes before being given a very small room overlooking a wall, with a dark, dated bathroom. I spoke to Arthur at the front desk, who was exceptionally professional, friendly and understanding. He kindly upgraded us to a much nicer room free of charge, which made a huge difference. His customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately, some other members of staff struggled with English, which occasionally made communication difficult. The air conditioning also occasionally gave off an unpleasant smell. On one evening there were a couple of brief power cuts, although these were resolved quickly. On our second day, our room still hadn’t been cleaned when we returned at around 2pm. We were initially told it would be cleaned whenever housekeeping got to it. It was only after I explained that we wanted to shower, relax and use the room after spending the day in nearly 40°C heat that another member of staff understood our concerns and arranged for the room to be cleaned. We then had to wait another 30 minutes. Normally this wouldn’t have been an issue, but after being out in such extreme temperatures, it wasn’t ideal. I stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is fantastic, with easy access to plenty of restaurants and one of the nicest beaches on the island. It’s also very convenient if you’re planning to take the ferry over to Gozo. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, and the rooftop restaurant offered beautiful views, making dinner there a memorable experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only area that could use some improvement is customer service when guests ask questions. At times, responses felt a bit short or came across as rude. It’s worth remembering that many guests are tourists, and transportation systems and local customs aren’t the same everywhere. Even taking an extra moment to answer patiently or simply saying “you’re welcome” can make a big difference in how guests feel. That said, this was a small issue compared to an otherwise amazing stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La chambre était propre, confortable, spacieuse et très bien insonorisée, ce qui est un vrai point positif. Vue magnifique sur la mer et balcon très appréciable. Les piscines étaient toutefois souvent très fréquentées, avec peu de transats disponibles selon les moments de la journée. Bien que nous soyons arrivés en avance, nous n’avons pu accéder à notre chambre qu’à 15 h, conformément à l’heure officielle de check-in. Le petit-déjeuner propose un très large choix de produits, mais nous avons trouvé que la qualité gustative n’était pas vraiment au rendez-vous, en tout cas selon nos habitudes françaises. Enfin, un point qui nous a déçus concerne le parking. La description de l’hôtel indiquait qu’un parking gratuit était mis à disposition des clients. En réalité, celui-ci est très petit et n’accueille qu’un nombre limité de véhicules. Le modèle de voiture que nous avions loué ne pouvait pas y entrer. Nous avons donc dû stationner dans la rue, où il est parfois difficile de trouver une place. De plus, les emplacements situés devant l’hôtel sont limités à 45 minutes, ce qui n’est pas pratique pour un séjour. Malgré ces quelques points négatifs, l’hôtel reste très agréable grâce au confort des chambres et à son emplacement.

Great location if you want to be close to Gozo and Comino Ferry while also being next to the less rocky beaches of Malt. The Public Transport near this hotel was also very reliable and useful to get around while food was all next to the location. The pools were very clean and nice and the amenities were awesome. Staff definitely made you feel VIP the entire time.

Frokosten var meget bra. Rommene var ok men det har frostet glass til bad og sengene ved siden av døren. Alt lys kommer ut noe som er grusomt om natten. Til nabo rommet var det før med 2,5 cm klaring til gulvet. Vi hørte alt som ble sagt og gjort. Vekkerklokken som de hadde på vekket oss hver morgen. En kl 05:00 og tre ganger kl 07:00. Hørte også meget godt fra det andre rommet. Sover du dårlig, må du velge et annet hotell. Fyller ikke opp kaffe mm på daglig renhold.
