Friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed the stay.

タオルが清潔 プールサイドの清掃を毎朝スタッフが一生懸命で、とても清潔感のあるホテルでした。 リゾート的なホテル、時間が許すのなら長期滞在したいですね！

The hotel was in a residential area and the shuttle service was not regular and also stops at 12.30. we had booked a tour on one of the days and realised no cold or hot water when we woke up. Had to use the guest toilet and go to the tour without having a shower as the tour was at 8.30am. they had some excuse that the whole block was affected. not very happy.

Nice staff, good breakfast, quiet and tidy room. Just not much options for public transport

Nice hotel apart from the loud noises coming through the ceiling as another guest walked / stomped around their room. We suspect it is an issue of construction and lack of sound insulation but the hotel could not sort it out.

The resort is located in the center of the island, but you can walk to the promenade or town in 15-20 minutes. The resort is very clean and well maintained. The pools and wellness facilities are very nice and can also be used with a baby. The staff is super friendly and courteous. We felt very comfortable and could go to the staff with any request. The shuttle bus to the surrounding towns is well and safely organized and helped us to explore the island. We can definitely recommend the resort and the island of Malta.

Hôtel propre, grand appartement mis à disposition. Nous n'avons pas profité du Spa. Assez bien placé.

As a solo traveler from the UK to Malta from 19Feb to 24Feb, Urban Valley is recommended. The reception staff are very friendly and gave advice on how to move around the city. My favorite feature was I the free shuttle bus to and from Sliema, Valletta and a bay (at selected times) which guest would need to book ahead of time with the reception due to limited capacity on the bus (8). There is a tennis court, a play centre for kids and a car park. My booking included a buffet breakfast from 7am to 10.30 am. Guest can indicate special dietary requirements. There are 2 clean swimming pools (unmanned/no lifeguard) and a fitness centre with a spa. Guest must pay €0.50 for each day in the hotel subject to a maximum of €5. The room was clean with complimentary bottle of water but a bit stuffy/musty due to humid weather. May I suggest that House keeping kindly air the room by opening balcony doors prior to guest arrival. Also, reception should inform guest that welcome letter and general information are accessed by scanning the QR codes on the key card pack and not assume a tired, traveling guest would already know. This would save them unnecessary phone calls to reception by guest needing assistance.

As always, this review is subjective and depends on what you are looking for. As a family of 5 with teens and young children this turned out to meet all our needs. We had a two bedroom family suite which was very spacious and had a fridge freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher. We were 10-15 min walk from the local shops which included Lidl. The hotel provided a free shuttle to Sliema or Valletta which was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Séjour au top ! bel hotel bien équipé et en plus, nous avons été surclassé ! Seul petit bémol, hotel un peu excentré, arrêt de bus a proximité mais qui ne dessert pas toute les villes cependant, l'hotel propose des navettes gratuites vers la valette, spinola bay et sliema

Lovely staff, amazing experience. We've been at Urban valley for more than 2 weeks, we extended our stay many times because it felt so good to be there! We'll be happy to come again 100%!

The Property is very nice, Staff are very polite but the food in the restaurant is terrible, the breakfast selection is not up to standard for a 4 star hotel. Diner option as well is not great, the fish option should be removed as it is tasteless and not cooked properly, if the food can be sorted out then it would be great. The half board option doesn’t include any soft drinks not even water which is a bit strange. Otherwise the hotel is good. I had to intentionally miss the breakfast after 2 days and started eating out for dinner once my vouchers expired.

The reception staff and maintenance staff were all friendly and rectified the issues I had very quickly. So thank you for that. There's a noise problem in this hotel due to sound proofing issues. There are scheduled complimentary shuttle buses from the hotel to Valletta daily which was convenient, as from the Valletta bus terminal, I could easily travel to other parts of Malta and the public transport is cheap. A big shout out to the shuttle bus driver who came on time daily and he was very considerate. A great asset to the hotel. Even though the hotel is not located in Valletta, because of the shuttle bus, it didn't feel inconvenient. And the bus stop to the airport is only about 10 minutes walk.

Avons passé 14 jours pour visiter Malte au mieux. L' hotel Urban Valley est au dessus de mes attentes. Le personnel dans son ensemble est serviable , attentionné et professionnel.

Perfect place to stay in Malta. Nice ambience with great breakfast, 2 outdoor pools n 1 heated indoor. We had a wonderful stay, fully recommended.

Struttura moderna e accogliente, personale gentile. SPA piccola ma nel complesso molto bella. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina calda interna visto il periodo, della Sauna e dei Massaggi. Unico neo nella stanza c'erano delle formiche, abbiamo avvisato il personale e, non proprio prontamente, si sono prodigati per qualche contromisura...... problema non risolto completamente.
