Rooms were good. Very close to restaurants and short cab ride to cruise terminals. Front staff helpful and friendly. Poor breakfast buffet. Eggs Cold and runny as well as bacon, sausage, etc. Go to local bakery instead.

Check in and check out were great. The hotel is conveniently located near the cruise port. It met our needs.

The desk lady was very helpful, and the rooms are large and comfortable. We were able to check in very early.

The place was very nice and welcoming. They provide a complimentary bottle of water along with coffee and tea in the room—I especially loved the tea set. The staff at the reservation desk were all very kind and professional. I’d like to highlight a young lady and a gentleman from Haiti, both of whom were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Anytime I called, they quickly provided whatever I needed. Overall, excellent service and a pleasant stay!

Propre,sécurisé, lumineux, chambre très confortable, belle vue, pratique, literie de haute qualité, chambre spacieuse.Petit dejeuner de qualité et varié. Tramway a 100m, super pratique pour regagner l'aéroport. Personnel un peu snob, neanmoins plutôt aimable (en tout cas, a la réception, bien moins au petit dejeuner). Walking distance du cœur de Gort de France, pratique our visiter la ville ou pour les restaurants. J'y retournerai assurément et recommande vivement.

Property centrally located, smell of mildew in hallways no microwave ate cold left overs for 3 days. Hammering below my room outside at 9pm at night.staff was cool

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, l’accueil et le cadre étaient vraiment appréciables. Cependant, j'ai été un peu déçus par la restauration. Les prix sont relativement élevés, ce qui pourrait se justifier par la qualité… malheureusement, plusieurs plats annoncés à la carte étaient systématiquement indisponibles lors de mon passage, ce qui limitait beaucoup le choix. Même constat du côté des cocktails : la majorité de ceux proposés sur la carte n’étaient pas disponibles, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de ce standing. Cela reste une bonne adresse, mais un petit effort à ce niveau améliorerait nettement l’expérience.

Nice centrally located property walkable to many attractions, nice staff, rooms are nice but overall more attention to details would be needed and some renos are due, bathroom wasn’t super clean, gym is poor with only 4 cardio machines (no weights) that are very weathered including one that was broken.

Un peu cher, mais c’est un bel hôtel moderne et notre chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée. Très bien situé pour une nuitée ou deux au cœur de Fort-de-France.

A very comfortable hotel convenient for city centre with lovely staff and a great restaurant.

Séjour d'une nuit, personnel accueillant, literie confortable. Belle terrasse du bar donnant sur le port pour les balades en mer et non le port de croisière situé à 20 min à pied.

Check-in was very quick and easy. She was extremely friendly and ensured we had help to the room with luggage and a cab when we were leaving. Downside was some service in the hotel restaurant. One of our waitresses was not the friendliest maybe because we don’t speak French but the others were nice. The one waitresses smiled and seemed attentive to those who did speak French based on what I saw. The room had all the amenities and is in a nice little area to walk around and watch boats coming in and out. It was a 15 euro cab ride from cruise port to the hotel and then 40 to the airport if anyone wants an idea of cost.
