You need to wait check in until 2-3 pm even though you arrive the hotel early. Also you stay in the hotel with baby, I would not recommend as there is a event after 9 p.m with big sound and party almost every day until 11 p.m. and baby is not easy to sleep.

The property was well maintained, the staff was very pleasant and helpful! The rooms are pretty spacious, and clean. However, they need to replace the bathing towels, its were not cleaned. Also, there was incident occurred, while I was in the room, staff has entered twice stating that they were asked to come check on the room for cleaning. It was first time, a female, then an hour later, a male showed up. I asked them both why are you entering the room when I have already checked in, and wondered that there must be a lack of effort to update the system between the staff.That's was very disturbing and sketchy..

Navons pas vraiment utilisé

Bodde 4 nätter, 2 vuxna. Ligger väldigt fint och välskött område, kändes säkert. Bra parkering. Bra wifi. Sköna sängar. Stor altan med pentry o matbord. Lite slitet, speciellt badrummet som var väldigt eftersatt. Frukost fixade vi själva i pentryt som var välutrustat för 2 personer. Familjevänligt, många aktiviteter för barn. Vi var varken vid poolen, baren eller stranden, hade boendet som utgångspunkt för dagsturer vilket var perfekt. Skulle kunna tänka mig bo igen.

PROs: The property is very clean. The gardens and grounds are kept neat and all areas are clean. The huge pool is wonderful. It is a secure resort so we felt very safe. On-site grocery was great to keep costs down. Inexpensive food options are available (cafe with crepes; pizza, etc), there are nightly activities (dancing, music, etc). Nice beaches are right in front of the hotel. Staff helpful and friendly! sunsets are amazing. CONS: The resort has an old feel. Rooms feel dated and somewhat 'patched up' in places. You feel like you are stepping back in time but there is also certain old school charm nonetheless; concrete walkways are cracked in many places giving it a worn appearance. For the luxury level prices, the place could have been more updated. There are daily excursions through a third party company but prices are very high. Complementary shuttle to airport would have been appreciated.

La struttura è un po’ datata ma tenuta in modo impeccabile. Le camere sono spaziose e il letto confortevole. I prezzi dei ristoranti sono un po’ sopra la media Ottimi i panini del bar O Ti snack

Clean rooms & great amenities

The rooms were decent, not very modern, however, I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s amenities. In particular, I appreciated the ability to take long walks/hikes a long the coast each morning, taking in the beautiful views and basking in the sentence environment. Every night there were activities that one could partake in or not. The staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

Personnel très gentil, belle hotel en général avec de bon restaurent et une belle ambiance au Bar. La chambre la cuisine était très pratique. Le seul point négatif est le confort de la chambre qui serait prêt pour être rénové et mettre de nouveau matelat plus confortable. Somme toute, je recommande cette endroit.

Stayed for a week with my partner and we really enjoyed the hotel. Staff is friendly, room was well equipped with a full kitchenette and the location of the hotel is super convenient. We had a great time!

Overall I found staying here was a poor experience. The check in took 45 mins. Service was incredibly slow everywhere. To get my security deposit released has so far taken weeks AND I am still waiting. The property stated that this would be released within 7 days, but that did not happen. Weeks later I am still waiting. Virtually all of my emails to this hotel were just ignored. When they bother to reply I just got the predictable lazy deflective templated replies you would expect from a low grade company that did nothing to resolve the issue and has a very low regard for customers. From my experience I think this place falls a very long way below a good level of service.
