Washroom with jetted tub were absolutely frustrating and very dirty. Water coming out from everywhere.worst property. Staff was gud overall but will not refer to stay there.

My stay was cancelled and I was not informed until my arrival by staff at the premises. And I was charged for a stay that I did not use or cancel. Not impressed by the organization practices. Felt let down by hotels.com

nice property with pool no TV in room and A/C needs more power in summer to combat high temperatures edge of main town

Was difficult to get hold of the lady that runs the place. Waited for an hour for the keys, we were told that she did not know that a booking was made and that there was only a jacuzzi room available, though, that was what we booked. Was a comfortable room. Was disappointed that there was no TV in the room. Aircon worked for a day. Room was not cleaned on the first day as they did not have a copy of the room key for cleaning. Also, lost time waiting for the owner to collect the keys after cleaning. Breakfast is too pricey for what was being offered. Better to get a breakfast at the Super U, which is not very far from the hotel. Not worth it for the money you're paying.

Marie the owner of the hotel were the most kind sweet lady ,Marie would go out of her way to help ,Nothing were to much .alway had a smile our stay our the room were clearn every day . most night we did a take away from super u market and came to eat at the hotel , we like to thanks Marie for an excellent stay and we will come back .
