This is our 3rd visit to this hotel. Every things are perfect, especially high quality of staffs. All staffs in hotel and beach are very kind and really friendly and well organized under their managers. Especially Damlee at dinner buffet and Shinnah at breakfast buffet took care of our family (2 small children) everyday, Kairash at transportation service gave us very good photo service.Yuri, Japanese staff also assisted us well during our stay.

年末休暇で1週間滞在しました。AIP（All Inclusive Package)で申し込みました。空港からはTaxiを利用、片道2,200RPで固定レートです。午前中に到着しましたが、日本人のスタッフに簡単なレクチャーをしてもらいました。シュノーケルは人数が限られているので、到着後すぐ予約したほうが良いです。（出発前にホテルに電話をして、予約するのも良いかも）　部屋は広さ十分でしたが、やや古い。でもリゾート気分は満喫できました。 AIPのシステムはやや複雑。レストランによってAIPに含まれるものが違います。毎回問い合わせれば良いのですが、少し面倒。AIPはどれだけ飲めば元が取れるか？と気にする方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、あまり元ばかり考えて、飲んでも美味しくないので、滞在後半はあまり気にしませんでした。レストランのスタッフにもよりますが、最初からAIPと言っておけば、その範囲内でお奨めのワインなども紹介してくれたり、そのようなサービスが良かったです。（メニューを良く見ても分からない部分がある） AIPはプールサイドのレストラン（Indigo）のランチも含まれている（1部、追加料金メニューもあるが）ので、これはお得と感じました。バーガーの他に、アジア料理もあり、味は美味しかった。午前中にWater Activityをやったあとの、ここでのランチ＋ドリンクが良かったです。ジムも設備も充実。毎日のプログラムもお奨めです。滞在期間中天候に恵まれ、最高のクリスマス休暇となりました。スタッフは多少バラツキはありますが、皆親切丁寧です。

洗練されたリゾートホテルですが、サービス面は改善の余地が多いと思います。年末の繁忙期に宿泊しましたが、ホテル内カートは呼んでも来ない、ルームサービスは40分と言いながら70分待っても来ない、チェックアウトのカートは10分以上遅れてくるなど、非常にストレスがたまります。レストランに忘れ物をした際、レストランから「忘れ物がありました」と連絡があったにも関わらず、翌日取りに行くと紛失しており、それ以降何度も状況説明するも、「確認します」と言うコメントだけで一切状況の連絡はなく、最終的に忘れ物は見つかりませんでした。チェックアウトするまで、対応は非常に悪く、嫌な思いのまま帰国することになったのは本当に残念でなりません。良いホテルだと思いますが、上質なサービスにより快適な滞在をしたい方は他のホテルに滞在されることをお勧めします。

シルバーウィークにゴルフをする場所をさがすうちに、モーリシャスに初上陸することになりました。アジアのゴルフリゾートはかなり行きましたが、この季節に気候のよいところは少なく、グリーンフィ\0に惹かれてのトライです。ドバイ経由でしたが、やはり遠い！直行便のある中国のゲストに比べて日本人が少ないのもうなずけます。5泊しましたが、ゴルフは結局3ラウンド半。キレイな海も堪能したいし、時間はぜんぜん足りませんでした。気候は想像通りの爽やかさ。朝夕は涼しく、日中の日差しは強烈ですが、湿度はありません。オーシャンフロントのデラックススイートでしたがビーチが目前で室内も快適です。ホテル内のレストランは高いですが、みんな美味しいです。とくにプールサイドのバーガー類はびっくりでした。マリンアクティビティやレストランは到着したらすぐ予約すべきです。なかなか遠いので再訪は難しいけど、次回は1週間以上はほしい。長居したくなる楽園でした。

モーリシャスではホテル内でいかに楽しめるかが重要ときいていたので、施設をポイントに選びました。部屋からすぐアクセスできるプライベートビーチでのんびり、ときどきスノーケリング等の無料アクティビティに参加し、リラックスした滞在を楽しみました。スノーケリング、グラスボート、体験ダイビング（有料）は場所が同じなので、泳ぎが苦手でなければグラスボートは不要かもしれません。立派なゴルフコースもあり、宿泊客は無料でプレイできるそうです。部屋は清潔で、ハウスキーピングも十分な頻度で入りました。広さ、アメニティは必要十分程度です。 5泊しましたが、レストランが4つあり、食事に飽きることはありませんでした。ハーフボードの場合夕食はLa CitronelleとDeer Hunterは飲み物代のみ別料金（価格はリーズナブルです）、それ以外のレストランはいくらかのクレジットがつき超過分がチャージされます。blue pennyが最も高級ですがお勧めです。追加料金についてのネガティブコメントも見ますが、こういうリゾートでは料金を気にしてケチるようでは楽しめないかもしれません。La Citronelleのクリスマスバッフェが意外にも良かったです。生牡蠣、ウニ、フォアグラ、各種チーズ等々、豪華食材がハーフボードの追加料金なしで供されました。スタッフはフロントからハウスキーパーまでみんな笑顔でフレンドリーで、よく教育されている印象でした。日本人スタッフのユリさんがお休みの日だったにもかかわらず出迎えしてくださり、ホスピタリティを感じました。日本のガイドブックに載っているわりには日本人客が私たち以外にはいませんでした。完全に日本を忘れてリラックスしたい向きにはよいかもしれません。

L’hôtel a besoin d’être rafraîchi est très ancien au niveau des infrastructures problème d’inondations dans la chambre des rideaux qui s’est cassé la première journée la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas La restauration de l’hôtel est bonne le personnel est prévenant l’emplacement est jolie

Un séjour inoubliable car tous les éléments étaient réunis pour notre confort. Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse et disponibilité, l’hébergement au top ( nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés ; nous avions réservés 2 chambres et on nous a fait la surprise de nous proposer une villa avec un majordome qui a pris soin de nous et géré les moindres de nos demandes ( réservations, service, petites attentions..) . Sans oublier, la restauration : le buffet « la citronnelle « est d’une grande qualité et diversité . Nous avons aussi expérimenter une « soirée langouste « qui nous a enchantée Nous remercions également le personnel administratif efficace et très chaleureux. Pour résumer: absolument parfait !

Love the food served every day at the buffet! Although the first day when we checked in the room had some mosquitoes, after we changed the room everything was perfect! We were very closed to the pool and clean towel basket, and restaurant is not far only 5min walk, the spa even closer:) WE LOVE THE SPA SO MUCH! The massage, staff, facilities and the environment are amazing! Love the jacuzzi and outdoor sunbathing bed and shower area. We also had the lunch at Lakaze, enjoyed the seafood grill and the service, would love to eat dinner there next time! Stayed at Ephelia, and I’m not regretting stay with Constance again this time! It’s an incredible stay for family trip:)

We were expecting a pick up from the airport to a destination which no one came to pick us up. We had a terrible experience in the restaurant where the workers had completely disregarded us and finally took our order which took them ages to be processed. It took them 40 minutes to bring a drink and just over an hour to bring the food after constant reminders keeping in mind that the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The next day we were told to reattend the restaurant and the service was much better. We were told that we could have the drinks on the house which wasn’t even the case but that’s besides the point. When we were leaving the hotel we were told that we had to pay a check out fee because we supposedly had the snacks in the mini fridge and they insisted that we had them eventhough the drawers were empty when we checked in to begin with. The hotel was amazing but the service definitely needed improvement.
