Beautiful hotel in Le Morne. Building is new and in very good condition. The staff was amazing every time, from checkin to breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar service. Pools are nice and there are plenty of sunbeds around, in case the ocean is not welcoming. Food was very good, with plenty of choices. The RIU app is not the best, but that’s not something this hotel can fix.

We went on our honeymoon trip here, and we had the most amazing time! Everyone was super nice and friendly. The hotels taxis service was fantastic! We were able to see places on the island we wanted to at our own pace, with a private driver. Absolutely worth it.

Pro: Gepflegte Anlage Gutes Essen All Inklusive Wassersport Möglichkeiten Contra: Laute Anlage Keine gedämpfte Musik beim Essen (weden Frühstück, zwischendruch und auch nicht beim Abendessen) Keine Möglichkeit ein Abendessen in den Themen Restaurants zu reservieren. Reservierung soll lt. Hotelrezeption nur via App funktionieren. Es gab keine Informationen, wann eine Reservierung möglich ist. Die Meldung in der App "Reservations are not allowed due to restrictions applied" war keine wirkliche Hilfe. Die Rezeption konnte auch keine Auskunft geben. Es war innerhalb einer Woche Aufenthalt nicht möglich ein Themen Restaurant zu buchen. Weder um 0:00 Uhr Mitternachts, noch um 7:00 Uhr vor dem Frühstück, noch um 18:00 vor dem Abendessen. Weitere Restaurants können nur besucht werden, wenn man sich ab 17:00 Uhr in die Schlage einreiht, um eine Reservierung für den gleiche Abend zu erhalten (nicht garantiert). Reservierungen für andere Tage (in der Zukunft) wurden nicht akzeptiert. Elite Club Aufpreis rentiert sich aus unserer Sucht nicht, weil die "Privat-Pools" ein Pool sind, die nur durch eine Trennwand voneinader getrennt sind. Privatsphäre ist nicht gegeben, da jeder Hotelgast daran vorbeigehen kann.

My experience at the Riu Palace was exceptional. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, and the bartenders in particular went out of their way to remember guests’ preferred drinks, which added a personal touch to the service. The food was enjoyable, and I appreciated the flexibility of being able to explore both sides of the resort. I occasionally visited the buffet on the all-ages side before returning to the adults-only area for another meal. It’s worth noting that the main restaurants operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so guests should plan accordingly. Overall, I had a phenomenal stay. However, I did encounter one unfortunate incident. On the day of a late excursion, housekeeping attempted to clean my room in the morning, but I had chosen to sleep in and asked them to return later. I left the room around 5:30 p.m., and upon returning at 7:30 p.m., I found the room had not been serviced. I contacted the front desk, and although I felt uncomfortable requesting cleaning around 8 p.m., I had already placed the used linens on the floor and hoped to have fresh ones upon my return. Regrettably, I made the mistake of leaving a bag with cash on the dresser rather than securing it in the safe. The next morning, I noticed approximately 6,000 rupees (about $132 USD) were missing. I did not report the incident to the front desk, as I acknowledged it was my responsibility to use the safe. For future travellers , I strongly recommend securing all valuables.

Impossibilite de réserver certains restnaurants a cause de restrictions stupides Nettoyage des chambres pas satisfaisant Personnel avec des avis différents sur le meme sujet Pas d'arrangement pour garder quelques heures la chambre pour départ tardif on demande 30 euros PAR HEURE pour conserver la chambre avant notre depart. J'ai jamais vu ça !!! RIU HOTELS à fuir !

We stayed in an elite club room, whish i would say to anyone reading this, DO NOT WASTE THE EXTRA MONEY. This is not an elute experience, you do NOT get premier drinks in the room, No Gin, No JD, and if you ask your told its not possible, its only available at the one bar in the whole hotel Not all the restaurants stated are open all of the time, there only open every other day, of which you have to book on an App, and can only do so 48hrs in advance, and is limited to numbers. There are 2 other restaurants which people queue for, for an hour to get into!! Its really a 3star hotel trying to be a 4 star..i would have uploaded some pictures but the app wont let me.

Lovely resort with horrible food. All inclusive but the Buffett was truly below prison grade food.

The place is very beautiful and the property is brand new. The staff is not very welcoming, not everyone is able to take customer service to the level they should. We would recommend some serious staff training to ensure the level of service matches expectations. However, there are many members of the staff that are very helpful, but the diversity is too big.

The location is nice and the amenities are beautiful. The staff is very nice. However, the food and drinks range from very limited to inedible. We stayed for 3 nights. There are 4 restaurants, only 2 of which are open daily, plus the buffet. The breakfast buffet is good, lunch is edible, dinner is inedible. You need reservations at 2 of the places, 2 are first come. We went to 1 reservation spot (thank you to the manager who got us a reservation- they were booked the entire time we were there) and the steakhouse. Both were fine enough. Wine selection is terrible unless you pay extra. Again, property is beautiful! So I would only recommend if you don’t like to eat or drink.

Clean, modern facilities in a beautiful location. The food was great. The restaurant booking system could be easier for guests to get the reservations they want

Staff were amazing and really nice. The bar staff really love what they do and I loved their creativity on their drinks. Room and property were very clean. It’s a safe neighborhood to walk around and explore le morne. I had a great time and it will definitely be missed

Ein tolles Hotel, relativ neu, sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, gutes Essen beim All inclusives. Das Hotel ist aber für Nichtraucher nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Es stehen zwar überall Rauchverbotsschilder, das wird aber ignoriert und überall geraucht. Ist man aus Deutschland so nicht mehr gewohnt und hat den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck leider gestört.

L'hôtel est bien et le personnel est vraiment très agréable

The people that work here is the best staff you can have, but the resort is a bit of from the rest. Not much to do around, only sun and swim. Beach is a bit rocky.

Just the right amount of chill and optional activities. Only just over an hour from the airport. Beautiful sightseeing nearby and watersports. Very attentive staff. Great food and drink selection. Adults only was so worth it but still access to Turquoise hotel if needed. We didn't upgrade our room/view or pay for Elite but it was still lovely. Beach on the doorstep.
