Sehr empfehlenswert, äusserst nette Führung, hohe Sicherheit und Komfort. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Sejour plus ou moins agréable, personnel à l'écoute, disponible. Cependant, vu la situation du logement, il y avait du bruit venant de la route.

Studio vraiment centre ville, très proche plage et commerces. Personnel accueillant, arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ.

Malgré l'heure d'arrivée tardive, un monsieur accueillant est immédiatement venu nous ouvrir. L'emplacement de la location permet de se déplacer à pied. Rapport qualité prix très intéressant. Séjour très sympathique.

This is a great place to stay in Mauritius if your happy with a basic level of service, i.e. good comfy beds, clean room, decent shower. This is not a 5 star resort but then its not pretending to be. Did not have any problems at all - check in was smooth with Eric. Gave us a room on the 3rd floor, so carrying luggage was a bit of hassle. Rooms were cleaned daily and beds made, very helpful and cheerful cleaners. Managed to leave a few nights early and got our refund directly from the owner (Eric) . His wife is also very helpful. They run tours/excursions from the shop down below, but shop around locally for best price and negotiate.Location was great as its right next to the SUper U and mall small mall with cafe's/take aways etc so food not an issue, even a McDonalds and all of the places in Grand Bay. Did not use the car park so can't comment. Would recommend for the budget traveller.

The reason for my visit was business. I was looking for somewhere to lay my head at night that also provided a space for me to work without being bothered. The Monalysa Apartment that I secured was very satisfactory. The wifi service was perfectly workable, the apartment was clean and overall at the price I really can not complain. The only thing I would have liked was a shower handle that I did not have to hold. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to all major points in Grand Baie. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for somewhere to use as a base and are not concerned with sea views, then this is a great deal.

It was good value for money. My family enjoyed entire stay there.

Very good location. 2 min from the beach. Great staff! Very helpfull and willing to do something extra. Excursions booked with Mona Lisa were also very satisfying. Will definitely recommend this apartment to everybody !

Utomordentligt bra

Mein Freund und ich verbrachten dort 6 Nächte, waren rundum zufrieden. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. In regelmäßigen Abständen wurden uns Touren des Hotels angeboten, oftmals ist es aber günstiger, es selbst zu organisieren. Reichliche Küchenausstattung vorhanden, Supermarkt ca. 200m entfernt.

A recommander pour un séjour en toute liberté (cuisiner les poissons de la criée...) De nombreuses excursions proposées par le Tour opérator à des prix compétitifs. Séjour très agréable

Dies war mein erster Mauritiusurlaub. Das Hotel kannte ich nicht. Ich habe mir vorab die Bewertungen bei Trip Advisor angesehen. Das war in Ordnung. Auch die Privatphotos habe ich mir dort angesehen. Letztere waren teils schlechter als die Realität. Die offiziellen Photos des Hotels spiegeln die Realität wider. Nach der Buchung habe ich im franz. Reiseführer Petit Futé gelesen, dass es sich um ein seriöses Unternehmen handelt. (Angeboten werden auch Mietwagen und Ausflüge). Ich kann dies bestätigen. Den Transfer vom Flughafen hatte ich auch, nach E-Mail Angebot des Hotels, gebucht. Dieser hat sehr gut geklappt. Eigentlich ist 12:30 Einchecken. Ich kam um etwa 7:30 Uhr an und konnte das Zimmer sofort beziehen. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Zweimal pro Woche wurde sauber gemacht. Das Zimmer (ich hatte die billigere Variante genommen) enthielt einen Esstisch und eine Kochnische mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffemaschine und Wasserkocher, sowie einem Safe. Bett und Fernseher, sowie Dusche und WC verstehen sich von selbst. . Das Hotel entsprach vollständig meinen Erwartungen. Ich kann es empfehlen. Voraussetzung für Einzelreisende ist, dass man halbwegs Englisch spricht. Mit Deutsch kommt man nicht weit. . Drei Ausflüge hatte ich gebucht. Da nur ab einer Anzahl von sechs Personen gefahren wird, kam jetzt, Ende Okt, nur einer €zustande. Ich habe dort dann alternativ für mich alleine einen Tagesausflug gebucht (50 - 75 Euro). Auch diese waren in Ordnung.

The apartment had 2 bedrooms, and a living area with sofe, kitchen and dining table, balcony and shower room (no bath). It was basic but clean. Check in was easy - the office is downstairs (and operate a tour/excursions business). It's right in the centre of Grand Bay. Grand Bay itself is a tourist town, with restraunts, bars and shops. Big supermarket 5 mins walk from apartment. There's a public beach 3 mins away, but its more like a harbour and not great, however, you can walk all along the beach front to better beaches on the ocean. I stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the space of the apartment (more than in a hotel) and the location was great. There's no pool and its not a great place for say a weeks holiday, but I'd stay for a night or so if I want to be in Grand Bay.
