The service and property at 1 Home is top notch. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back and will not stay anywhere else when coming back to Cabo.

1 Homes was one of the best vacation experiences I’ve ever had. It was my first time in Cabo, and since we were there for Sammy Hagar’s birthday bash, we wanted to stay near downtown and the Marina. After a lot of research, I chose 1 Homes Preview—a beautiful blend of residence and hotel, modern yet warm, just steps from the Marina. The concierge team was exceptional—responsive, kind, and always signing off “we remain at your service.” Two tropical storms hit during our stay, and they went above and beyond to rearrange plans and keep us updated. Even when our pool was closed due to weather, they arranged access to the Hacienda Hotel next door, which had a great adult pool and service. Housekeeping was flawless, and the spa was incredible—I had a facial and cranial massage followed by a cold plunge and sauna that left me completely renewed. Our two-bedroom ocean-view suite had a private plunge pool, wraparound deck, and sliding doors that opened to the bay. Waking up to the sound of the marine life was pretty awesome.

This property was immaculate. The staff was extremely friendly. The service was outstanding by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at, and I’m already planning to go back in a couple of weeks

This property is one of the best locations in Cabo San Lucas. The resort is beautiful. Combine these things with an amazing resort staff and you really have something special.

Awesome staff, awesome hotel

Our family had a truly wonderful experience at 1Homes Cabo this past week. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning in the future. The personalized service and genuine care extended to us were exceptional and deeply appreciated. We genuinely felt at "home"—surrounded by what felt like family. Several individuals made our stay especially memorable. Brandon, Jefeth, and Alan stood out for their consistently warm, welcoming attitudes. Always happy to assist, they were a joy to be around—true gentlemen who represent the 1Homes brand with excellence. Jose and Javier also left a lasting impression. Their kindness, professionalism, and personable nature were evident every day. Their leadership and heartfelt concern for our well-being and happiness made a significant difference. They are, without question, the heart of the property. Lastly, a special thank you to your Front Office Manager, Sebastian Saldana. He handled a challenging customer service matter with exceptional poise and care. We were sincerely impressed by his calm demeanor, thoughtful approach, and ability to resolve the situation with professionalism and grace.

Fantastic stay. Fantastic property, lots of room in the unit, fantastic staff, great location, plenty of dining options close by. We loved our stay. So sad to leave.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a resort. The service was impeccable. Whatever you needed. You could text someone and it was there whether it was water or whether it was room service whether it was a reservation whatever it was, they would do for you and the hotel wasn’t very busy. it was amazing and the room was such an amazing room, and they had a fabulous kitchen and a fabulous view and such wonderful restaurants, and that they even came and gave us a massage in the room. The taxis were always ready for us as well. They even have a tram that would drive you around the resort that had Pickleball and it was close to the marina and close to a lot of restaurants and hotels. I am definitely coming back. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I’m not even over selling it. It was so fabulous and the food every night was amazing restaurants from the Hacienda to even their coffee shop was good highly recommend and it’s a great place to go with families or a big group and you can even walk down to the beach and there are multiple pools and there is a fabulous gym and the service is amazing. Everyone is so nice from Jose to Emmanuel to all the valets and all the people that work at the resort! Can’t wait to come back.
