15時まではチェックイン出来ませんでしたが荷物を預かって貰えたので周辺の観光が出来ました。 夜は裏にあるスポーツバーの騒音が残念ですが、耳栓が用意されていた為、問題ありませんでした。 害虫や異臭は無く清潔な環境でした。 タオル、シャンプー、石鹸が提供されていて最低限のものは揃っています。 冷蔵庫やエアコンも良く稼働し、快適です。 コズメル、トゥルムへのアクセスも良く素晴らしい立地です。 周辺には地元の人が通う屋台や食堂などもあり、リアルなローカルフードを楽しむことができます。 カンクンのホテルゾーンの様なリッチなサービスは有りませんが、他は大体揃っています。

The room close to 10 avenida has bad wifi condition.

We checked out the next morning, and they charged us an additional fee for each room per day. The rooms and restrooms were so filthy that I fell ill the same night my asthma flared up due to the mold. The towels and bed sheets were so dirty that my family and I were rushed all over our bodies.

Quarto limpo, chuveiro bom, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. O melhor de tudo é a localização, fica ao lado do CocoBongo

Las fotos están muy bien hechas, pero la realidad es diferente. Las imágenes son claras y hacen parecer que las habitaciones son luminosas y limpias. Reservamos 6 habitaciones y estaban sucias en los detalles, oscuras; la mitad de las habitaciones del edificio dan hacia la nada, no tienen luz y por la ventana no entra iluminación. Las sábanas estaban rotas y manchadas. El edificio tiene 3 pisos y no hay ascensor, y nadie te ayuda a subir las maletas. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos a habitaciones King Size, pero la limpieza era la misma: sábanas viejas y manchadas. Teníamos otra reserva por 8 noches más y pedimos al menos un reembolso parcial. No recibimos ninguna respuesta. Se quedaron con más de 1700 euros. Preferimos perder el dinero antes que quedarnos ahí. Fotos engañosas. Atención.

Nunca tuvimos algún problema el personal muy atento, las habitaciones limpias

Ok hotel but very low water pressure in shower and in the evening some music from club Congo Bongo. My safety box was locked but personell fix it next day. Generally power outages in evenings and sometime in the afternnon, but that was entire area, not only this hotel.

Overall it was good, considering the price, but there was no hot water and blanket in my room.

Air condition was fine, the toilet seat was very flimsy, it would collapse I to the toilet as you sat on it. They also do not provide and blanket, so it's tricky to set AC, too cold and you feel cold, too high and you feel humid.

This was a terrible mistake and experience. The bathrooms are coed and to walk into two men having sex in the shower, makes you not want to have a shower afterwards. It is very humid very hot and the most loudest place I have ever stayed. It is across from senior frogs. Literally, I had painful migraines. They will not switch rooms for you. You will be stuck in what I called tormenting noise beyond construction it sounded like seven bands going off at once on megaphones I would have to get up and leave and go sit at the beach until 334 in the morning until they finally stopped because I could not even handle being in the room my bike was thrown in the garbage. The staff would always ask me for cigarettes or drink. I did not sleep the entire time I was there or shower because the bathrooms are so gross and obviously they don’t care what happens in the bathroom after walking into what I saw two men getting it on And even a girl in the men’s bathroom because I believe it’s Covid. I’m not sure but there is no regulation there.

This is a neat little hotel close to the tourist hub of Playa Del Carmen. Bit noisy at night but I was happy with the value and product.
