La "piscine" annoncée est plutôt l'équivalent d'un spa portatif à l'eau froide, mais le reste est ok, proche te tout, des bons restaurants et a un pas de la fameuse "Quinta Avenida"

Staff courteous and helpful Room clean Kitchen could have been a little better equipped Had 2cups 2plates 2bowls 2spoons knives and forks and we had to ask for those. Cooktop only had 1burner Location was good, close to 5th ave The area and unit felt safe

A lot smoother than it used to be. For a low cost airline is acceptable

Akbal Playa had an authentic Mexican esthetic and had the extra benefits of a kitchenette. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay with Wonderful Highlights Our Expedia booking turned out great! The airport staff was super helpful, arranging taxis and even letting us grab waters and snacks before heading to our accommodations. Though the gated entrance was a bit hidden, our room was clean, clutter-free, and cozy. The bed was very comfy, and while the thin windows allowed some traffic noise, it was mostly quiet at night. There was a faint smell of bug spray and a few bugs, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Our host, Jesus, was fantastic, providing fresh towels and passes to a lively, luxurious beach club that was truly a highlight. We also loved the rooftop area with a small, clean pool, perfect for relaxing. The property felt safe, with plenty of shops, dining, and entertainment within walking distance. While the TV didn’t work, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the affordable price made it all worthwhile. We’d absolutely stay here again!

All I want to say is the buzzer is not working and my phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call the number to get into the property. It’s important to take care of the basics; don’t make your guests wait in the rain.

Vacaciones con mis esposa la dirección que marca la app no es pero nos apoyaron en chat de la app está al lado de un Willis en la 15 y CTM casi 2 hrs para encontrarlo, el colchón nefasto nada confortable porque están viejos nada de descanso, horarios hasta las 10 pm para uso de alberca y asador, ambos super limpios y agradables. Gran atención del personal si volvería a hospedarme

The was not hot water, no parking, not front desk and worst was the bathroom so dirty This place is NOT supposed to be open for public

El lugar estaba muy sucio, el sanitario y regadera asqueroso, toda la habitación olia super feo a cigarro y cerveza. No apto para familias, desagradable experiencia. Adicional a todo, el lugar no tiene nada de seguridad.

Pésima experiencia. La habitación que nos tocó olía a humedad, había comida echada a perder en el frigobar, las toallas húmedas, en recepción no había nadie, nos mandaron la llave con otra persona ajena al hotel. El teléfono que ponen en la entrada para cualquier cosa, contesta una agencia de viajes y no te resuelve nada referente a este hotel. Termine solicitando la cancelación

O apartamento é muito confortável, próximo a tudo ótima localização e preço justo . Ao lado do apartamento tem supermercado, mercado de frutas e sucos tudo que se precisa para ter uma estadia completa . Para quem busca um local seguro com valor de estadia justo em Playa del Carmem este é o local . Pretendemos voltar em breve . Recomendamos !! Marcelo e Caio

The apartment is older. Which is fine. But it really was not clean. There was someone else’s food in the fridge as well as used shampoo and used soap in the shower. The shower has soap scum up the walls. The bed sheets were clean and that’s the only reason we stayed.
