Great hotel, nice pool on the top floor. Highly recommend. Close to everything.

The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean rooms with everything you need. Enjoyed the roof top pool and gym. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas to rent for a small fee. I would highly recommend this place.

Very clean and located very close to the downtown central area. We felt very safe during our stay and it is located at a side street, which is very quite compared to the fifth ave.

Gorgeous room, beautiful rooftop swimming pool and lounge area, super friendly staff! Everybody very helpful. Everything felt very safe. Hope to go there again!

We were pleasantly surprise how friendly and helpful the front desk personnel at Alizee Tower are ! Ana , Edgar and Abby and their coworkers always are there to help with things to do with the accommodations and also setting you up for local experiences and adventures . Don’t forget to grab some Tommy Bahama chairs from them and head down to the beach or just tan at the roof top pool facilities! Thanks for everything , we’ll be seeing you again next time we are in town Al , Suzy , Brianna and Emily from British Columbia

Alizee tower was really close to the main tourist streets and not a far walk from the beach. It was like the pictures and bigger than expected. It was interesting that we saw cleaners but after 3 nights no one had come to clean the room, I’m guessing this only happens with longer stays and they clean when people check-out. Everytime we had questions the front desk was extremely helpful and they were very kind. They were very diligent in fixing things like the shower head that was spraying everywhere in our suite and when our safe was being uncooperative. I would stay here again because the value was great and the staff seemed very pleasant

Very nicely appointed modern rooms with sitting area and small kitchen and full-size refrigerator. Bathrooms are modern with rain type shower. Very nice rooftop pool. The housekeeping and Maintenace staff are outstanding. Common areas are always very clean and well maintained, which is very important to me. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful with questions or recommendations. Location is ideal, easy walk to the beach, grocery store, many restaurants or shops. I have stayed at this hotel 3 separate times this year and loved it. Added bonus, the restaurant Francesca which is just steps from the front door has amazing pastries and, in my opinion, the best pizza in the city -from a wood fired oven. I tried the pizza based on a hotel staff member recommendation.

Great place to stay if you visit Playa Del Carmen. It is located very conveniently in very close proximity to nice public beach and set of wonderful restaurants.

Great hotel, friendly staff

I had an amazing stay for over 3 weeks. The property is very new. It blends modern design with updated technologies. I found it to be very safe with the bonus of being close to the awesome fruitaria, bakery, and stores. The staff is extremely friendly and the ladies are helpful. I stayed in two different units: the economy apartment, while not having a balcony, makes up for it in space, ambience, and design. The City condo is bright and airy with an awesome balcony without too much noise. I would recommend this as a must stay! And I will definitely return 5 stars!

Best deal you can get for the price. Very clean, modern and closer to all attractions in Playa Del Carmen. Staff is very helpful towards tourists.

The rooms are relatively large, well equipped with a good size fridge and kitchenette. the bathroom is modern and has a nice large rain type shower. The rooftop pool and gym are very nice amenities. Everything is immaculately clean and well maintained, which I loved. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Great location with a buffer from the noise on 5th Av. I'm not sure I ever fully understood the cleaning schedule, but it seemed like it was every 3rd day with the option to have it done more often for a small fee. The only negative was the construction noise from next door which seems like it's actually a connected building. I admit however that I am overly sensitive to noise so others may be less concerned. However, there is no ability to control that, and construction seems to be almost everywhere in the city. I recommend this hotel.

Loved our stay. Hotel was brand new. Room was beautiful and great layout. Rooftop pool was wonderful. Area was quiet yet only a block from the end of 5th Ave. Already booked to go back in a few months. Our new favorite place in Playa del Carmen. (Zazil Ha).
