Where to start? First let me say that Ambar are condos, not a resort so each unit is individually owned & most are managed by different property managers. Our unit was managed by GPS Hospedajes Vacacionales. I could not get access to the property, they told me to see the administator who was not there for the 1st 6 days of our week there. The security guard was also no help. Once we did get in, there were no face cloths, hand towels, bath towels, dish cloths or dish towels. There were no pillow or mattress protectors, no pillow cases and the pillows, sheets and mattress were stained and filthy. I wish I could add pictures of how disgusting the bedding was, how filthy the shower was and the general dirtiness of the place. Fortunately I had a friend in the complex who was able to loan me clean bedding, a pillow and cleaning supplies. The property mgmt company reached out on our last day there, literally waiting for a ride to the airport, to let me know how to contact them if any problems or concerns. The property mgr for my friend's unit lives in Mazatlan and checks in with their guests when the guest arrives.

El departamento está bien ubicado, a una cuadra del malecón, está a gusto el departamento y me gustó la distribución, y que las recámaras no están pegadas una con otra, solo puedo decir que le hace falta una lavadita a la sala y bancos de la cocina, y la comunicación les hace falta también, ya que cuando llegue ni estaban enterados de mi llegada ahí, y no había nadie en donde se supone me darían las pulceras para poder usar libremente las instalaciones, y nunca me resolvieron, de milagro nadie me dijo nada al usar la alberca, y tampoco me dieron la tarjeta que te dan para entrar y salir con tu carro, yo tenía que timbrar cada vez que tenía que entrar, fuera de eso, está bien el Depa y la pase a gusto

Excelente lugar

El lugar esta muy bonito y cómodo, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, igual el área de alberca , lo que no me agrado del todo fue la limpieza del apartamento , en la cocina tanto los utensilios como el refrigerador estaban sucios, en los cuartos las sabanas aterradas, como si no hubieran limpiado antes de entregar al siguiente ocupante.
