久しぶりの利用でしたが、まあまあじゃないでしょうか。スタッフは親切。但し、繁華街からは結構歩くので注意が必要。

街の中心部から少し離れたところにあるものの、従業員は親切で、部屋も清潔に保たれているので、快適に過ごせる。

静かでフロントの対応も 親切。繁華街まで近く遊びやすい。部屋も清潔で良い。エアコンの使い方がわからなかった。

メキシコの安宿や汚いバスルームのホテルに疲れたら、ココにたどり着いてもいいかも。

3.5かな。安宿に疲れたけど、お財布と相談しなければならない場合はココ。

Solo me gustaría que arreglaran la ramo de acceso los carros topan al entrar y se dañan. Pero todo está muy bien!!

Nice staff and clean rooms

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aqua rio . Rooms are very comfortable and clean . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back soon .

Very bad customer service , the AC of the room was leaking and water was on the floor and un safe , the window of the room was open permanently due to a broken handle , the lighting was defaulted to a super bright mode ..we addressed all issues to the manager on duty and requested another room but they denied that , we couldn't sleep all night , next morning we asked for refund or credit but they denied that too ... Overl all the worst hotel in Tijuana , no one speaks English here that's why they are taking advantage of customers... This hotel should be closed due to its unlowful violation... DON'T STAY HERE PLEASE!!!

El hotel está muy bien y es económico. Las habitaciones están limpias.

Is small and cain a ald property parking area is open no one is watching a nicars oark behind you and is a problem to exit in the morning Tne Bedding is so out of shape very old.needs to be upgraded other then that staffs is very friendly and nice

I found this property very clean for the price, however here are a few comments & suggestions. The pillows were too large & uncomfortable after a while. They hurt my neck & kept me awake most of the night. The sink counter is too high & you have to be almost 6 ft to comfortably use the sink. This is because Mexico doesn't follow the same US ADA codes. Also the AC wast rattling too high at the highest setting of the fan. The TV channel changing was also too slow. Overall can't complain much for the price.

Esta en un lugar muy centrico cerca de muchos bares, lugares di fiesta y restaurantes de todo tipo

En mi estancia el ultimo dia hubo demasiado ruido me imagino qué de un auto qué estaba en el estacionamiento a todo volumen fue molesto por qué era aun temprano. Lo demas bien, muy Amable todo el personal. Estuvo limpio la habitación era aun mas pequeña de lo que se ve en las fotos.
