La piscina del apartamento no estaba limpia

We did not get the 3rd floor deluxe condo that I paid for. No privacy or security (security door always left open) on the first floor. No communication with property management. Washer broken. "Private" plung pool not private. People from the street could see right into the living, dinning, kitchen area. Security and cleaning staff nice. Property manager ignored my calls, texts, and emails.

We enjoyed staying at the property. The space was great for our vacation. It was clean, had everything we needed. Communication, though was horrible. It gave me a lot of stress, as upon our arrival to Tulum, which was after 4pm check in time, we haven’t received any instructions. I had filled out the form with my whats app information as they asked during the booking process, but no messages were received. It took me a while to find any contact information of the properties, as they haven’t been responding to my expedia messages. Once I found their whats app number, they sent all the check in information immediately. I tried writing to them again during my stay but they have not responded either.

We loved staying here. When we walked in, my teen son looked at me and said "dad, are we rich?" It was a great place to stay for the money!

My only complaint was that I believe I booked for the Arba 2 which from the pictures was a upstairs and downstairs. I could be mistaken but that was why I booked. I still ended up in a decent unit. The lack of communication up until the very last minute was a bit to much. No matter how much you travel nobody wants to feel stuck in another country without a place to rest. Note: Some kind of flyers for local restaurants. Some info about the grocery. Some info about near by events. Just some basic info about things going on around the area. Over all great place even the grounds keepers were very helpful full... There is so much to get into within the area I believe it should be part of your selling point

Being a hardcore New Yorker from NYC sometimes my expectations can be demanding. However, I digress. Arba Condos in Aldema Zama neighborhood in Tulum was awesome, Not just because of the neutral and Mexican esthetics of the condo at Arba. It’s the natural tranquility of the property. The owner Mau response to any of your inquiries and concerns during your visit in a timely manner with professionalism and care. Please be mindful that Tulum is still under tourism development. You will enjoy your visit at Arba Condos in Zama, Tulum.
