Some of the staff is very rude and locks the front door to take a nap at various time od the evening. On two occasions, I had to ring and knock for up to 45 minutes before I could enter the hotel. There is construction on the adjacent property that begins around 6 am (through 2026 according to the contractactors). There is no heat or air conditioning in the building;the seals failed at one window and another window was a jalousie (slats that tilt but do not seal closed) so whatever the temperature is outside, that is the temperature it will be inside and it gets down to around 40 in the winter and very hot in the summer. There were homeless people smoking crack on the sidewalk adjacent to the entrance. This was by far the worst experience I have had using Expedia.

Todo chévere, la localización, el lugar. El lugar 10 de 10. Nada más quien nos hizo el check in fue medio nefastito con su regla del ruido (de hecho la regla del ruido es exagerada porque en NINGÚN LUGAR los huespedes van por ahí gritando ni haciendo ruido exagerado)

La atención amable, las instalaciones muy viejas y les falta mantenimiento. No fue mala la experiencia pero no tan grata como hubiese esperado.

El personal es muy amable, la limpieza es a medias

There was no hot water the first morning, but it worked the other 3 days. The shower head was tiny,so not a lot of water came out of it. I could cover the entire shower head with the end of my thumb. Ants were in and around the sink every time I went into the bathroom. The beds were not the worst, but weren't exactly comfortable. The staff was nice.

La habitación fue mejor de lo esperado, era una pequeña suite con todo lo necesario y bastante privacidad lo cual agradecí mucho, el único punto que mejoraría es la limpieza del baño, no realizaron una limpieza adecuada de este durante mi estancia, pero por todo lo demás, estuvo bastante bien.

Freezing cold room. Needs updating. No contactless checkin. Either prepay or have physical card with you . PITA No restaurant but options nearby. Mexican channels on TV only. Shower horrible. Water barely warm.

ESta muy bien ubicado pero tardas en registrarte poruqe el eprosnal no estaba en el lobby y aunque dice que suenes el timbre suena y suena y nada que aparecen, si tarde y ya estaba muy cansada y queriando entrar a mi cuarto

Muy buena ubicacion, el unico problema es que no te facturan al momento pero me explicaron que esto tiene que ver con la politica de pago de expedia que tarda un poco en trasladar el ingreso
