Limpio pero tiene mueblea ya muy usados

Es un lugar viejo, pero funcional. La ventana no cerraba y la persona que durmió en esa parte si pasó mucho frío. No hay ventiladores ni aire acondicionado así que para fechas de calor debe ser horrible quedarse ahí. El baño todo bien, el agua siempre caliente. Las camas y almohadas cómodas, las cobijas suaves. La tv solo tiene canales abiertos y no tiene buena señal. Tampoco es smart tv. El ascensor pequeño pero funciona. En la recepción casi todos nos tocaron amables. Lo malo fue que había hormigas, muchas. Dejamos un pan afuera y al día siguiente estaba infestado. Tuvimos que tirarlo. Hasta en la cama había. Pero en general fue una estancia decente.

Muy amables todo el personal del hotel, sienpre fueron respetuosos y cuando llegue la habitacion estaba en buenas condiciones

El cuarto estuvo limpio, el personal al pendiente. Buena ubicación y tal como se muestran en las imágenes. El refrigerador del cuarto no servía y el internet estaba muy lento.

Construction was very noisy next-door!

Mal servicio por personal masculino, la regadera viejisima y sin mantenimiento la tv no funciona y no son smart tv, no hay horno microondas no cunole como suite , pesimo, jamas vuelvo

Los muebles son muy viejos y la mesa y las sillas muy incómodos. La limpieza muy bien.

La habitación es buena solo que faltan más utensilios de cocina y la limpieza del baño no es tan buena ya que había como cochambre y parecía que era jabón pegado

Some of the staff is very rude and locks the front door to take a nap at various time od the evening. On two occasions, I had to ring and knock for up to 45 minutes before I could enter the hotel. There is construction on the adjacent property that begins around 6 am (through 2026 according to the contractactors). There is no heat or air conditioning in the building;the seals failed at one window and another window was a jalousie (slats that tilt but do not seal closed) so whatever the temperature is outside, that is the temperature it will be inside and it gets down to around 40 in the winter and very hot in the summer. There were homeless people smoking crack on the sidewalk adjacent to the entrance. This was by far the worst experience I have had using Expedia.

un lugar muy lindo, tranquilo y céntrico donde poder descansar

Todo chévere, la localización, el lugar. El lugar 10 de 10. Nada más quien nos hizo el check in fue medio nefastito con su regla del ruido (de hecho la regla del ruido es exagerada porque en NINGÚN LUGAR los huespedes van por ahí gritando ni haciendo ruido exagerado)

La atención amable, las instalaciones muy viejas y les falta mantenimiento. No fue mala la experiencia pero no tan grata como hubiese esperado.

El personal es muy amable, la limpieza es a medias

There was no hot water the first morning, but it worked the other 3 days. The shower head was tiny,so not a lot of water came out of it. I could cover the entire shower head with the end of my thumb. Ants were in and around the sink every time I went into the bathroom. The beds were not the worst, but weren't exactly comfortable. The staff was nice.
