Lo que no me gustó es que se observa que falta mantenimiento en general a las instalaciones, albercas en mal estado con lama sin TV por cable, (falla de SKY) y el Wifi muy mala conexión, el agua de la regadera pareciera que fuera agua de mar estaba salada. Lo que sí me gustó la atención del personal del Hotel.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but there were several areas that need improvement. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which barely worked despite having multiple networks available. My TV never worked during the stay, and the restaurant does not open until 8:00 AM, which is too late for business travelers. It would be helpful to have coffee available earlier in the morning. There was also a storm during my visit, and the hotel experienced several brief power outages. Overall, the hotel is adequate for a short stay, but improvements to the Wi-Fi and guest amenities would make a big difference.

Honestly, I'm not a picky person. But this time I have to review, so that other people can know and have a chance. The property was very badly maintained, looked like no interest in keeping things up and safe, the pools filters and grates where super rusted, probably get an infection if you get cut. My wife got a bruise from one of the pool suction filters that didn't have the covers, the water didn't seem clean at all. And the water in the room had a taste of sea water, I wasn't drinking it, but it had a taste of sea water. So many areas that where falling apart, it rained and was leaking in the dinning area. Power kept going out because of lighting in the distance. I really thought they would have better system. It wasn't at all, what I expected. We bought a day pass for unlimited drinks for later that night, only to come back and be told I could only order 1 type of beer, and that we had a limit of 4 to 5 drinks a piece. They never told us that when we bought it. And I asked the bartender, he had told me whatever drink. Dogs where allowed to be around people eating. And the beach club closed @6.30 and you have to go back to hotel area. I didn't see anybody check the pool levels. Just saw some guy throw some chlorine in😂. Food was ok, if you couldn't go anywhere else. I repeat, I'm not picky, but this place really needs repairs and some upgrades. Nothing like the pictures. Sorry for review for staff , some of them tried, but limited by what the property owners provide.

It was the most awful experience staying at Baos. It is off a busy road(during most of the day). It quiets down after midnight and busy (loud) once again starting at 5 AM! People walking up and down the stairs past 11:00 PM, kids knocking on doors at 10:30 PM, TV down the hall was extremely loud, you can hear the kitchen clean up crew downstairs, and to top it off, I found (black) hairs in the sheet. I am blond!

Lugar muy tranquilo y bonito. Habitacion: si está algo pequeña pero nada que ver como otros comentarios que se sentía caustrofobia. Son de un tamaño pequeño pero cómodo. Mi único tema es que la puerta del baño estaba vencida y no cerraba bien. Instalaciones: muy completas, me encantó el Beach club, sólo OJO lleven repelente, los mosquitos atacan feo apartir del atardecer. Comida: riquísimo la verdad buenas proporciones y sabroso. Playa: está a pie de la playa y esta es super tranquila casi no hay gente, la arena muy suave y el mar tenía una temperatura tibia.

Staff were very amiable and kind. Amenities were a bit outdated and rooms were on the small side. Pools were nice. Food was salty though- at both restaurants: breakfast, dinner, even the pizza was salty.

Mi estadía en el Hotel Vaus en San Blas fue en general una experiencia agradable. Las instalaciones se encontraban ordenadas y bien cuidadas, y la limpieza estuvo acorde durante toda la estancia, lo cual se agradece mucho para poder descansar con tranquilidad. El hotel cuenta con amenidades como jacuzzi y piscina, que sin duda le suman puntos para quienes buscan relajarse y disfrutar dentro del mismo lugar. Son espacios cómodos y bien mantenidos que permiten pasar un buen rato sin necesidad de salir. Sin embargo, considero importante mencionar que el ambiente del hotel es bastante tranquilo. Si la idea de los viajeros es ir a un lugar con ambiente de fiesta o vida nocturna activa, este hotel puede no ser la mejor opción, ya que la actividad suele terminar alrededor de las 11 de la noche. En ese caso, recomendaría explorar otras playas o zonas cercanas donde haya más movimiento nocturno. En resumen, es una buena opción para descansar, relajarse y desconectarse, pero no tanto para quienes buscan fiesta o ambiente nocturno.

La habitación estaba limpia y en buenas condiciones. En cuanto al trato del personal, fue regular (5/10): algunos fueron amables, pero otros no tanto. Da la impresión de que hay rotación constante, ya que en el restaurante el personal no parecía tener claro el menú ni lo que ofrecían. En general, fue una buena experiencia. Le doy un 8/10.

Habitación sucia, en construcción la terraza, mostraron más habitaciones pero olían demasiado a humedad. Había mucho ruido por parte del club de playa, tuve que rentar otro hotel y nunca me reembolsaron. Pésimo
