ホテル前の道路が歩行者天国となっていたため、アクセスに苦労したが立地はとても良い。 スタッフもフレンドリーで好感が持てる。 アプリのチャットで部屋の希望を出したが、返答がなかったのは、残念。

落ち着いた、雰囲気のある最高の部屋。 受付の対応もほどよく、ホテルのロケーションも含め満足。ホテル入口の通りは、通常一般の車の通行は出来ず、歩行者専用になっており、車の騒音から無縁で、ベンチで市民、カップルがひと時を過ごしてる穏やかな空間があるホテル。朝食も美味しい。

Great place.

Amazing place in a great location! Rooftop vibes are so peaceful to enjoy lunch or dinner. Beautiful cathedral right in front, Wow! We stayed for 4 nights so Valet was complimentary. The staff had the car pulled up for us within a few minutes of asking for it. Room service was spot on and attentive to details. Lastly the restaurant downstairs served delicious food and drinks. We will be back!

El hotel es hermoso, pero hace falta URGENTE fumigar la habitación, el personal necesita capacitación para resolver, el restaurante en cuanto a servicio bueno, pero la cocina tuvo muchas fallas, les falta calidad y control de que sale de cocina fue una gran decepción pues siendo un hotel de supuestamente categoría superior no lo refleja en sus alimentos. Los chicos del valet muy amables. En general inconsistente altos y muy bajos, muchas areas de oportunidad y arreglando eso seria un hotel espectacular porque la propiedad y decoración si es algo espectacular

Very friendly staff! Perfectly located in the centro histórico with great views of the cathedral. Room was very big and clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morelia.

Un lugar excepcional para hospedarse en Morelia, habitaciones amplias y confortables, buena atención y en el centro de la ciudad.

This is supposedly a superior hotel, however our room had NO window, NO natural light!! I felt terribly claustrophobic not knowing waht time of the day or night it was if I didn't have a watch. The toilet door is glass, which gives poor intimacy, and absolutely no noise dampening (who wants to hear his partner "business"??). Finally the noise from the restaurant downstairs was about as loud as outside, making for a really poor night. Truly, the semi-historical contex is impressive, very nice walls, arcs and staircase in the public area.

We had an excellent four night stay at Cantera Diez Hotel Boutique and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely professional and welcoming. They even allowed us to check in early after a red eye flight, which made a huge difference since we had not slept. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and housekeeping and room service were consistently excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Tina at the bar. She was truly friendly, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. Pedro, our server at the restaurant, was also very kind and attentive. Both Tina and Pedro went out of their way to help us navigate the city during special events, which we really appreciated. Armando, the security guard, was also wonderful and made us feel safe and taken care of. Overall, this hotel delivered a clean, relaxing, and well run experience with service that genuinely stands out. We hope to come back and stay again soon. Highly Recommend!! A beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated, with large rooms and nice amenities. The location is perfect. The staff is exceptional, with a shout out to Huggo, Roxxana, Warren and all of the people who work at breakfast. (We feel badly that we didn’t get their names
