Casa Alondra es un hotel pequeño, con pocas habitaciones; en el centro de las habitaciones está el restaurante Diego, por lo que puede ser extraño entrar o salir de la habitación y encontrarte personas comiendo en las mesas del restaurante, pero nada que llegue a ser un problema. El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación en la que nos hospedamos (Suite ejecutiva) es espaciosa y hermosa, con una decoración y un ambiente cálido y cómodo, la cama y almohadas son muy cómodas, la habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, tina de baño, regadera y retrete separados. El personal que nos atendió fue sumamente amable y te reciben con un postre y bebidas de cortesía; además, ponen a tu disposición pedir café o té de manera gratuita cuando gustes durante tu estancia. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento, pero te hacen llegar varias opciones cercanas al hotel, nosotros dejamos el carro en un estacionamiento que se encuentra a unos 10 metros, nos cobró $180 por dejarlo de 5:30 pm a 10:30 am del día siguiente, por lo cual el tema del estacionamiento tampoco es un problema, sólo hay que considerarlo. Sin duda alguna volveríamos encantados a hospedarnos en una próxima visita a Morelia.

Anyone who has stayed in a historic building knows that noise can sometimes be an issue, but the hotel has addressed this perfectly. Rooms feature European-style double-glazed windows and doors that effectively block outside noise, along with blackout curtains that create an ideal sleeping environment. Combined with exceptionally comfortable beds and a selection of six different pillows, the result is one of the best nights of sleep you can have while traveling. Dining at "Diego", the hotel’s beautiful courtyard restaurant, is another highlight. The menu is creative, refined, and delicious, with excellent vegan-friendly options alongside outstanding dishes for all tastes.

From the moment we checked in with Deri, to the welcoming mocktails, to the personalized letter and tiramisu it was just perfect! This boutique hotel located centrally to everything is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your special day. Thank you and we look forward to visiting here again soon!

La habitación estaba muy limpia, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. La locación es perfecta puedes caminar al centro en pocos minutos. La atención al cliente es fenomenal. Muy atentos.

The hotel and room were exceptionally clean and well -maintained. The property was beautiful and historical. The staff was very welcoming. The area felt very safe. Our room and bed were incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's rest. Would highly recommend and would love to return.

Reservamos la que supuestamente es la mejor habitación. Es un segundo piso con una escalera muy complicada para subir y peor si tienes maletas. NADIE te ayuda a subir o bajar las maletas de ese espiral. La habitación tiene un la “sala” que no se puede usar ni disfrutar. Tiene dos sillas en las esquinas y todo un espacio VACIO. No pierdan su dinero. El personal de la noche en el restaurante es TERRIBLE. Bajamos a las 9:20pm. El restaurante cierra a las 10pm. La cocina nos dijo que ya estaba cerrada a esa hora y nos dijo: TIENEN TRES MINUTOS PARA PEDIR un cocktail si desean. Si les gusta tomar algo en su hotel en la Noche , no se queden aca.
