Excellent hotel. If we come back to Puebla, we will stay here again, comfortable, clean and so close to everything, restaurants, zocalo, etc. Elizabeth and Monica were kind, attentive and so nice and they always made us feel at home.

Nicely designed, friendly and nice staff. It is on the main street and it's an easy walk to the historical center of Puebla. We stayed in the suite and it was nice to have a living area separate to the bedroom. There was also a patio, nice to chill and also have breakfast there. It's worth noting that the breakfast included ended up meaning one complimentary breakfast for the stay rather than everyday so best to check with the property. Kitchen can be better stocked.

I booked for the kitchen and location. Kitchen nice, new, but didn't have enough basics, I had to keep asking for more things to be added. However, the place has no saucepan, no cooking utensils, no toaster. At least have the basics, please! I had to buy my own spatula. Kitchen didn't even have salt and pepper. Location is OK. Be warned, I found this place from a search for "hotels in Puebla Centro Histórico." This hotel is NOT in the historical center of town. Be prepared for very long walks. Area is OK, but it's on a busy street with car dealerships, many generic buildings... not the old-world charm of the heart of Puebla.

The service is top notch, where the staff provides a touch up of your room and provides plenty of water and local treats to try. Excellent experience. Highly rate this hotel, staff and service.

Our stay at Casa Juárez was perfect. The hotel is very nice and clean, the location is good and safe parking is available two blocks from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were attentive to our need, helpful and accomodating. We enjoyed out stay at Casa Juárez. We recommend this hotel and will stay here the next time we are in Puebla.

Volvería a hospedarme sin dudarlo. Es una casa antigua llena de diseño y detalles. Las camas deliciosas y te sientes con mucha paz y tranquilidad.

Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos en Casa Juárez por dos noches, y aunque lo reservé por error, resultó ser el mejor error de reserva de mi vida. Desde el momento en que hice la reserva, recibí un mensaje por WhatsApp con una carta de bienvenida, y a partir de ahí, la atención de Martha fue simplemente inmejorable. Nos ayudaron con todo, desde recomendaciones de lugares para visitar hasta cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos durante nuestra estancia. Las instalaciones son bellísimas, diseñadas con un nivel de detalle impresionante. Es un lugar tranquilo, seguro, limpio y moderno—lo tienen todo. Viajo con frecuencia y me hospedo en muchos hoteles, así que sé reconocer un servicio excepcional, y este hotel sin duda merece un 10/10. Si alguien tiene dudas sobre hospedarse aquí solo porque aún no tiene muchas reseñas, no lo piensen dos veces. Es un verdadero tesoro escondido en Puebla. ¡Sin duda volvere! Excelente atención y trato, instalaciones de primera

Tuvimos la oportunidad de hospedarnos en Casa Juárez, y sin duda será nuestro nuevo hotel de confianza al ir a Puebla, viajamos con nuestro perro y no solo nos consintieron a nosotras, si no que tuvieron las mismas atenciones con Findus! El lugar es sumamente cómodo y acogedor. Ya queremos volver! Particularmente agradecerle a Liz, quien hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa!
