They were super communicative and were able to get me into a room last minute due to my other stay not communicating at all. I love the response time and the clean rooms.

The property is good, a lot of construcción near.

Property was excellent. Well decorated and very clean. Downside: parking on the street. It was ver busy and had to park up to 100 mt away.

Our apartment was on the top floor (4 floors) which gave us a nice patio area to relax in. Apartment very comfortable for 2 people with well equipped kitchen for cooking. Communication was great with timely information to access the unit. Construction across the street but we were facing away so noise level was not an issue. Need to add couple hangers for towels in the bathroom. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants if required. Very nice pool area along with soaking unit on each deck. Would stay here again.

No water and electricity.

Great place for vacation our entire family enjoyed it! Absolutely beautiful. Only down side was the construction on the opposite side limited the parking however there’s security that helped us find close parking. Also, no housekeeping so we used same bath and beach towels the entire week. Other than that everything else was great.

Very nice and spacious. My only complaint was i did not recieve a code for the front door of the building. The location has plenty of street parking is very quiet and they have security at the door at all times.

Pool was disgusting had to wait almost an hour to get the place after we arrive at 4 pm.

10/10 experience for private and local vibes ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ VERY SAFE AND RELAXING PROPERTY! Extremely clean and friendly staff. Trying to find the words to express the level of satisfaction I had from my stay with Casa Libre. It’s very near to surrounding villas, which was nice. 7 mins to centro Tulum where the parties and restaurants are. I biked easily to have dinner and explore. Copal Tulum is also a 5 min walk to have dinner and drinks at Koroko. There were taxis available outside of the property for my convenience. I rented a bike from Chito a local bike rental booth and Casa Libre offers a secure gate for bikes and motos. Security 24/7. I get safe!!! I had private massage and food delivery! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lastly, I recommend trying a small blue shack around the corner across from Copal tulum during the day. The cook/bartender William makes excellent authentic shrimp tacos. It’s a local feel, not upscale. Rent a scooter for this stay! I love casa Libre and I will be back!!

Beautiful property and apartment. Very clean. Had security and felt safe in area and in building. Well stocked and quick response from owner. Will definitely stay again.
