La primera habitación que me dieron al hacer check in estaba pegada a la recepción y a la entrada, dando a la avenida. Había mucho ruido. Pedí desde el principio otro cuarto y me dijeron que no había. Ya instalados en el cuarto, se escuchaba demasiado ruido del exterior, salí a pedir de nuevo si de plano no había otra habitación, y siempre sí hubo. Creo que desde el inicio me pudieron haber dado una mejor habitación. El desayuno MUY limitado. Para la tarifa que pagué, esperaba mucho más. Preferimos salirnos a desayunar a un restaurante cercano. La habitación muy linda, muy completa, limpia y de muy buen gusto.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Excellent amenities in the room. I loved the nice thick towels, bathrobes, products, water, super comfortable bed and pillows. Room was so quiet and we could not hear noise from across the street which is Parque Mexico. Bar and restaurant was excellent too. We ate delicious food at the restaurant and also had very nice cocktails in the bar. All staff provided exceptional service from the doorman, front desk, bar and restaurant team.

The hotel is in a great location across a lovely park and the neighbourhood is safe and charming. We had a one bed room suite in the back which is very quiet as it overlooks the inside courtyard. Breakfast is fine though it could be better. The washer / dryer in the unit is very handy. The place is very clean and professionally managed. I would return to this hotel. A very comfortable stay.

The staff here are all so amazing!!!!! The nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. The location could not be better. The rooms are gorgeous. I will be coming back for sure.

Great boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. Walkable to make great restaurants and coffee shops. The room itself was large and nice. Newly updated. The bed was comfortable. There was a kitchen we didn’t make use of as the food around was inexpensive and very good.

This property was nicely located outside of a family friendly park and local shops, bars, and restaurants.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is still a favorite. The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants and your front yard is an amazing park.

The location is perfect and I'm sure some of the rooms are gorgeous. Unfortunately the only two rooms they would give us were tiny closets looking into an air shaft, or one directly next to the front desk on the noisy street. The primary reason I rate the hotel poorly is the water bottles. As an "eco-friendly" gesture they provide glass bottles that are supposedly filled with water they filter themselves. There is no way to know when the bottles were filled, or with what, or if the bottles were sanitized. I took a few sips of water from one and it had a horrible moldy taste. I was quite sick the next day and believe it could be that water. Another problem is the rooms have a strong chemical smell from a cleaning product and it lingered the entire stay.

This is the second time I stay at Casa Mali and they never disappoint. As a gold member of Hotels.com I have always received a free bottle of wine, a complimentary drink at the bar and received room upgrades both times, this trip the penthouse floor. The bed is king, linens are of top quality, and I love the pillow menu.

We enjoyed our stay at Mila! It's situated along a lovely park with shops and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is really quaint, and we enjoyed the art deco interior. Take advantage of ordering a handcrafted drink in the bar and enjoy it on the rooftop. Our stay was made comfortable by the attentiveness of the staff, and the amenities. Great place for an extended stay!

All around Casa Mali was perfect. Staff was excellent and amenities were also top notch. Close to many restaurants and shopping and across the street from the park. Having the famous churro place "Los Moros" one block away was the best. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Great location across from Parque Mexico surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Wonderful and helpful staff. Loved that our room had a refrigerator, washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again.
