No se regula fácilmente el agua al bañarse

El personal es muy amable, los departamentos también están bien a excepción del baño que siento que le falta mantenimiento o ser más cómodo como un cancel entero por que se moja todo, también que no tenga estacionamiento y haya que caminar 3 cuadras le resta puntos, la calle es muy ruidosa y hay un bar al lado, si tienes sueño ligero no lo recomiendo, pero es aceptable y ubicación céntrica

Walkable, nice staff, lovely place

The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people. The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that. The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. Also a last suggestion is that you can put noise absorbing panels on the walls because we can hear everything from the others apartments. Other than that i can recomend Casa Nduxi for your stay in puebla historic center. 👍

Esta propiedad está cercana al zócalo y es una zona muy tranquila y sin ruidos. Los departamentos están muy amplios y con una decoración muy agradable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y sin duda me gustaría regresar.

Muy buenas instalaciones y muy amable el personal

A family of four one being a toddler stayed at casa Nduxi for 3 nights 4 days. We loved our stay. The property is super clean and staff is always wiping down things or watering plants keeping up with the property. They staff was super busy keeping the place very nice daily. The staff is very very helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The location of the property is amazing. Very close to all the must see sights in puebla centro. Our apartment verde, was very comfortable and well decorated. Really one of the nicest places i have stayed at in Mexico. We enjoyed the beautiful rooftop and pretty courtyard. The property is just gorgeous. The internet works amazingly and the television had the ability to stream netflix, youtube, and such. The casa has just recently been newly remodled and they did a beautiful job. The apartment came with a fridge, microwave, stovetop, and coffee maker. The kitchen had all the things needed to cook and eat a meal. The bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. And if we stay in Puebla again i will book casa Nduxi.

Contraté el departamento ejecutivo, nada barato, no estaba lista la habitación, solicité hasta papel higiénico, solo una toalla de baño cuando es para dos personas, recomiendo dos toallas por persona, aire acondicionado, sandalias de baño, el precio lo amerita, el agua caliente era más bien agua tibia, el personal es un encanto, eso sí, todos muy lindos y atentos pero en sí, mi habitación vale 700 pesos y no los poco más de 2mil pesos que pagué No incluye desayuno, el café en esos recipientes puede ser antihigiénico, tener puerta en la regadera para que no salpique todo, crema corporal y gel estaría estupendo. Buenas vistas, no hay mucha seguridad, la seguridad es el código de tu puerta, si alguien entra por tu ventana, adiós a tus pertenencias y a todo lo que dejas allí.

The hotel and rooms are very comfortable, newly renovated. New appliances but not the best quality, flimsy plastic coffee maker, good microwave.Plumbling fixtures in the sink and bathroom are also new but not installed properly, the are loose. Not the best finishing quality. Overall is a good hotel, modern with colonial details, nice big roof terrace and inner courtyard to relax. Hotel located close to catedral, shoping areas and restaurants. Very helpful and attentive staff.
