The room & hotel were great. All staff were very friendly and polite. The food from the restaurant was great and the pool area was very quiet & serine. A very relaxing place to stay!

Loved the place, room, and staff!

Room was clean but the kitchen did not have many utensils, no bowls , besides 4 cereal bowls, only three plates and one pot to cook in ( two frying pans)Unfortunately they only had 6 lounge chairs by the pool so if you got up late you’re sitting on a kitchen chair . Staff were great and very friendly , restaurants food was tasty but not much on plate for the higher prices!

Es muy agradable el lugar y muy tranquilo ideal para descansar. Solo que en la habitación a mi parece hace falta más iluminación artificial.

The entire staff is fabulous, and the hotel is a luxurious gem.

This the second time we have stayed at Casa Ritual. It is in a nice quiet peaceful neighborhood. It is very walkable and close to the beach and shopping centers. The beach is not busy like others we have experienced in Puerto Vallarta. The hotel is very clean and peaceful. There are not a lot of rooms, which makes it so nice. Felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the stay. The food at the onsite restaurant is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Love this place. We will stay here again.

Staff was amazing, quaint and comfortable boutique hotel. Great location and let’s not forget the onsite restaurant with some fantastic food items.

Friendly staff and very good happy hours Big rooms and quiet at night It’s not a 5 stars but it’s got a family feel to it I was very surprised that I had to pay for housekeeping as extra for my 4 night there One day I had no house no housekeeping just two towels the next day only ask for one extra roll of toilet paper then they told me I need to an extra 300 pesos for housekeeping I rent about 50 rooms a year and i never encountered that except in Air B&B and I liked at my reservation on hotel.com and can’t see that mentioned anywhere And I had fully paid it all before arriving It was a bit weird to me

Staff were very helpful and the food was delicious. Great location for easy access to the airport for our early morning flight, but doesn’t feel like an airport hotel. Nice pool area. A couple of minor negatives: the outside chairs are not very comfortable (not great for long sits), and the sliding door to the balcony from our room was rotting away and didn’t close properly, but otherwise a lovely place.

I was most impressed with the people who made us feel at home in a "far away from home" location... Amenities are good, food and drinks excellent and location even though close to the airport was very good, there was some noise from jets but was not offensive at all and didn't interfere with sleep and only occasionally with conversation... It was very cozy and inviting. A supermarket is within walking distance, the beach as well if you pack light within 20 minutes. Uber was easy and being "adults only" was very nice! Super clean, super friendly, and incredibly beautiful. Also theres a BIG chunky cat that roams around or sleeps by pool. Forgot to ask for his name but real good vibes all around and super close to the airport

Quiet, lovely pool, nice to have a restaurant onsite. Staff very accommodating. Close to airport, bus depot, short Uber ride to great restaurants.

Great vibes very very classy. It felt like home.

Casa Ritual is a beautiful, quaint, safe, and quiet boutique hotel that I cannot recommend enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved being able to walk around the neighborhood and to the marina nearby.

This place felt like a bed and breakfast. The warm friendly staff, beautiful authentic Mexican accommodations, really good breakfast with a variety of options. Great relaxing environment
