カーサ ヴェルティス

ラオジャの隣で、その横にラスブーゲンビリヤスがある場所。カフェの奥が中庭で周りに部屋がある。部屋は蛾が死んでいて、清潔感がない。フロントは親切に対応してくれる。ほぼスペイン語。夜中近くのデイスコテカがうるさくて、全く眠れない。ベットは大きくて、枕が多くていい。硬くて腰がいたくなるから、気をつけてね。

Room was fine and staff very attentive.

Beautiful rooms and overall beautiful view. Amenities very well maintained and great price point. Located at a great location near all the major attractions. Service in the front was excellent.

Casa Vertiz was an excellent choice for us, we found clean rooms, great service, good food, the people was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely will stay here next time I visit Oaxaca.

The room was very nice, we had a major issue with the TV during our 3 night stay. Staff would try and fix it and would not resolve the issue

Casa Vertiz is a lovely old property that has been restored with lovely touches and beautiful details. It sits in a perfect spot near all of downtown touring spots , so very walkable. The staff is kind and property secured with guard by10 pm. My only complaint is the noise from maids and personnel inside, as it is a small “hotel”. I specifically asked for an upstairs room ( noting other reviews about noise) and they were not able to accommodate. Altogether a nice stay but small rooms and bit noisy.

Hotel muy céntrico. Lo encontramos muy agusto, limpio y con un personal muy amable. Cuenta con un restaurante delicioso.

The TV never worked. Other guests were fighting outside really late at night. Then we heard a lady crying. Nobody ever came to stop the fight.

El Hotel tiene habitaciones pequeñas por un precio excesivo para este tipo de habitaciones y prestaciones, con mal gusto, la verdad no nos gustó. Eso si está en una ubicación magnífica y el personal es muy amable y atento.

Completely adequate but on the nice side. If you want a basic, clean, hotel this is it. No fancy amenities, no frills room but it’s comfortable. Not really a place you’d want to hang around but good for a place to sleep And be close to what the city has to offer

Un lugar espectacular, si quieres visitar Oaxaca este es tu hotel, le da gran valor y respeto al estilo mexicano, céntrico, todo caminando, excelente atención, camas y almohadas deliciosas, amenidades excelente calidad, pacífico, el restaurante es de los mejores así que puedes comer desayunar y cenar y degustar los mejores platillos oaxaqueños. Un lugar limpio. Los fines de semana va una señora a hacer unos platillos deliciosos aprovéchalos. La atención espectacular le pongo diez estrellas . Hicieron de nuestra estancia un regalo.

Positives: Location was great. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were cleaned very well. Courtyard area was very nice. Food at the restaurant was good. Negatives: Our room was quite dark and didn’t have much natural light. Wifi in our room wasn’t very good and would drop out often and was generally very slow during our 4 day stay. Our room (#101) was close to the restaurant so it was quite noisy. This was an issue in the morning as staff are setting up early for breakfast so it wakes you up. Overall our stay was OK, but I would avoid room #101. We tried to swap rooms but there was none available when we asked.
