ラオジャの隣で、その横にラスブーゲンビリヤスがある場所。カフェの奥が中庭で周りに部屋がある。部屋は蛾が死んでいて、清潔感がない。フロントは親切に対応してくれる。ほぼスペイン語。夜中近くのデイスコテカがうるさくて、全く眠れない。ベットは大きくて、枕が多くていい。硬くて腰がいたくなるから、気をつけてね。

Nice hotel located in the center of town. Very nice location, walkable to everything. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant serving breakfast, lunch & dinner plus happy hour. The only downside was our room was on the main floor right outside the restaurant, so it was loud until about 10-10:30 then again in the morning when they set up breakfast. I would just recommend requesting a room on the second floor. We would stay here again.

Vertiz is a small boutique hotel which has all the amenities one could need when traveling abroad. The entire staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The room with king size bed was very spacious. Vertiz has their own restaurant - breakfast and sweet bread were absolutely delicious. After walking around town we returned to our room and were pleasantly surprised to find they have ‘Happy Hour’ - the Tamarindo Mezcalitas were amazing. Perfectly located, only a couple of blocks away from Santo Domingo church and ‘tourist alley’ which takes you to the ‘Mercado’ and Catedral, just a few blocks away - always feeling safe. Much nicer stay than in larger hotels where you have to wait for elevators and winding hallways, at Vertiz it was easy access to enter / exit and still manage to block outside noise. We absolutely recommend Oaxaca and will definitely return to Vertiz.

Clean nice rooms and helpful staff.

Overall, the rooms are clean and the house keeping ladies are super nice. The restaurant at the hotel is also good. So glad that the hotel has AC because the days were definitely hot so having AC in the hotel was a plus.

El personal fue extremadamente atento, nos brindaron la atención adecuada para mi acompañante que cuenta con una discapacidad, asegurándose que la habitación cumpliera con sus necesidades; el personal de recepción nos ayudó a planear de una manera eficiente nuestras actividades. La ubicación es muy céntrica, y los lugares de mayor interés se encuentran a distancias caminables. Muy recomendable!

Beautiful hotel with restaurant in the lobby area. You get coffee and pastries included if you come down for breakfast. Ac in units was great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped print our return flight tickets because Oaxaca airport won’t take digital. House keeping was on top of room cleaning everyday. Not to mention the location is phenomenal!

Location is excellent… treat yourself. I wanted a quiet room, they honored my request. Lunch was excellent with atrium for fresh air and strategically positioned floor fans too for cross circulation … nicely done

Location was excellent ! Restaurant was in a beautiful courtyard and the food and service were great! Would stay again.

Personal super amable, servicial y profesional; nos ayudaron a reservar nuestras excursiones a precios competitivos y siempre estaban disponibles para resolver dudas. Restaurante con buena relación calidad/precio. Sin ninguna duda, volveríamos a alojarnos ahí.

Very comfortable and well-located hotel

Excellent recently remodelled room! Bedding and mattress were excellent! Superior location close to everything. And our room was very quiet.

Really loved my stay at Casa Vertiz! The hotel is lovely and in an amazing location right next to the botanical gardens and city center. The cleaning service was excellent and provided two free bottles of water every morning. There is also a doorman at the front at all hours who helped me with my luggage. The staff was very friendly and even offered to call me a taxi without me asking when I left. I was on the ground floor one door down from the kitchen and could see how the noise could get bothersome but I did not have any issues. The bed was super comfy (a little firm but not too bad) with great pillows and soft bedding. The air worked great as well as the water temperature and pressure. Each room appears to have a garden view and has sheer and blackout curtains. The hotel is smaller but had the most beautiful rooftop with amazing seating where you can relax and listen to the birds in the garden. The only critique I have is that I never saw the rooftop bar open (maybe it was because it was off season) and the restaurant did not have any milk alternatives (which are widely available at other cafes). Additionally, a couple of small bugs made their way into my room but that is to be expected when you are on the ground floor and surrounded by nature. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again! It was quiet, clean, and welcoming.

Perfect and peaceful location yet just steps away from Templo de Santo Domingo, restaurants, shops and conveniences. Lovely boutique hotel in Oaxaca Centro!
