Habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia, ordenada, luminosa por la mañana, oscura por la noche, silenciosa. Áreas comunes vastas, limpias. Alimentos de altísima calidad.

La alberca parecía balneario. Un grupo de más de 15 personas jugando fútbol en el área de piscinas, con bocinas en alto volumen y tirándose clavados. El gimnasio cerrado hasta las 8am, deberían abrirlo antes o tener flexibilidad En la casita la luz de la alberca es muy molesta al igual que el ruido del filtro toda la noche. Se fue la luz y agua en dos ocasiones. Impermisible para un hotel de alto lujo.

Excelente en cuanto a servicio e instalaciones, 100% recomendado.

Honestly this place is incredible. Beautiful setting, beautiful rooms and buildings. The hotel has been open for 8 years, so there is a little bit of wear, but everything maintained very well. The rooms are big and very nice. The spa is lovely. And particular shout out to Monse who ran the yoga and fitness classes in the morning. Wonderful way to start the day, all orchestrated perfectly. The food at the two restaurants is excellent. Breakfast is great too. Bar and lunch service round the pool is super attentive. All bar drinks were generally very good, and the music throughout the place creates a Great atmosphere. In addition to all this they have a beautiful golf course and Padel and tennis. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try all those ….. We have stayed in lots of nice places round the world, this place has got it really right…. Could not have better memories of our visit.

Chablé is located on a former hacienda that has been beautifully renovated. All rooms consist of spacious and private Casitas. The domain itself is beautiful and is very well maintained. They have two restaurants including one Ixi’im operated by chef a Jorge Vallejo who’s been awarded a Michelin star. The restaurant has an impressive collection of Tequila bottles one of the largest in the world. Another restaurant is located on the property which is decent but has less panache. There’s little to fault at Chablé Yucatán there’s attention to detail in every aspect of your stay. The Spa is beautiful and spacious. The massage I had at the spa was one of the best I have ever received. One thing though is that it has limited hydrotherapy facilities with one dry sauna and a few jacuzzi. I didn’t see a steam room although I might have missed it. One peculiar thing is that access to the hydrotherapy area is through the women’s changing room; a spa butler accompanies you and probably made sure that it was empty prior to access but it felt a little weird. Note that you’re surrounded by nature and although we didn’t encounter animal exotic wildlife, birds are very lively including at night so light sleepers beware and bring some earplugs. There are a few mosquitos but surprisingly very few of them given that you’re actually in the jungle. There’s plenty of bars with fantastic cocktails including one that we didn’t try that offer fine spirits and cigars. The service was impeccable !

Es una hacienda impresionante, donde las habitaciones están distribuidas en toda la propiedad en medio de la selva yucateca, el Hotel te da una bicicleta para trasladarte de un punto a otro. Los precios de los servicios del Spa son altos pero valen la pena, recomiendo ingresar al hotel en horas de la mañana reservando con anticipación el uso del Spa combinado con algún masaje para aprovechar la estadía para luego ir a almorzar y estar listo para el ingreso a las habitaciones que es hasta las 15:00 horas y así tener toda la tarde y medio día del Día siguiente para realmente disfrutar la estadía y las comodidades que tiene la propiedad .

Excelente servicio, un lugar único. 100% recomendable. Una experiencia que difícilmente encontrarás en otro lugar

The property is gorgeous. Honestly, the website does not do it justice. The casitas are extremely private and delightfully well appointed. We were greeted warmly on arrival. All communication was prompt. The turn-down service is impeccable. The pools and grounds are perfectly maintained. The spa exceeded our expectations. Morning meditation with Antonio was a joy. He is also a patient and skilled yoga instructor. We highly recommend the complimentary hydrotherapy pools which include eucalyptus steam room and dry sauna. All staff members are kind, lovely and knowledgeable. Breakfast is delicious. One is never rushed through a meal. The 5:00 pm La Merienda is delightful. The private pool can be heated to a lovely 32*C. We simply texted ahead on the convenient WhatsApp group thread and we returned from dinner to a delightful evening dip. The attention to detail is truly impeccable. Each request was met with superiority. We cannot thank Leonardo, Karla, Grace, Paula, David, Fernando, Gregorio, Luis and the entire staff for welcoming us like friends into their exquisite home.

En el restaurant donde dan los desayunos el menú es muy pequeño, por otro lado la comida regional nada que ver con lo que es realmente y la calidad y sabor para un lugar como ese deja mucho que desear, lástima. El pan dulce no es el mejor y a los alimentos siempre les faltaba temperatura. Faltan actividades para en caso de lluvia
