Tuvimos un fin de semana muy especial. El servicio es muy bueno, la comida y las habitaciones también No hay un lugar donde estar en la noche para quedarse un rato mas despues de cenar y las almohadas son un poco altas. De resto todo es excelente

Lovely stay! Amazing service from everyone, shout out to Santos who looked after us so well in the bar/restaurant. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Hotel is beautiful, ideal location in S. Tulum to do lots of things or just chill at their stunning beach/poolside. Will come again.

Tuvimos el placer de alojarnos en este maravilloso hotel Chiringuito y quiero destacar especialmente el excepcional servicio brindado por el equipo del hotel principalmente a Matías Domínguez y Lautaro Videla. Desde nuestra llegada, nos recibieron con una cálida sonrisa y nos ofrecieron una atención personalizada que hizo toda la diferencia. Nos ayudaron a planificar nuestras actividades diarias, nos recomendaron restaurantes increíbles, y siempre estuvieron súper atento de nosotros durante 5 días que estuvimos en el hotel (diciembre 29,2024 a enero 3,2025). Además, fueron muy atentos al ofrecernos información útil sobre los alrededores y cómo aprovechar al máximo nuestra visita. En varias ocasiones, incluso se adelantaron a nuestras necesidades, asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfectamente organizado, como los traslados y las entradas a eventos locales. Nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos y cuidados en todo momento. Es raro encontrar un nivel de atención tan alto y un equipo tan dedicado. Definitivamente, este hotel y su equipo de concierge son una de las razones por las que nuestra experiencia fue tan memorable. Muchas gracias Matías y Lautaro!! El hotel estaba increíble, súper limpio con un ambiente bohemio. Excelente comida y ambiente. Esta localizado en una zona bastante tranquila al sur de Tulum a minutos de lugares como BeTulum y Nomade. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar a cualquiera que busque una estancia sin preocupaciones y con el mejor servicio!

Chiringuito Tulum - A Dream Vacation! I recently had the pleasure of staying at **Chiringuito Tulum** from August 20-29, and I can honestly say it was one of the best vacations I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality, and it only got better from there. **Location & Beaches:** The location is absolutely perfect, with everything just a short walk or bike ride away. The beaches are pristine and exceptionally clean, making it easy to spend hours lounging in the sun or enjoying the crystal-clear waters. You can really tell they take great care of their surroundings. **Free Breakfasts & Dining:** The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise each morning—fresh, healthy, and delicious! It gave us the perfect start to our day. Whether you want a traditional breakfast or something unique, they’ve got it covered. **Views & Ambiance:** The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. Whether we were relaxing by the beach or on the rooftop terrace, the sights were mesmerizing. Lovely beach with loungers always available. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast. Garden room was comfortable and very quiet.

Can't recommend it enough. The staff are amazing and so caring. The food was (particularly the steak tacos) lovely, and it's in walking distance to several great bars and coffee shops. We will definitely be coming back.

Nous avions réservé une des suites vue sur mer, pour 3 nuits, Ok la vue est magnifique, la chambre est immense, hyper lumineuse et l’accès à la plage juste parfait en quelques pas. Pour le reste …. Couvre lit taché Salle de bain assez petite et vétuste Globalement chambre très défraîchie Et grosse surprise, à 22h soirée avec DJ et 10 personnes la suite juste au dessus de la nôtre, sans qu’on nous en ai parlé Très surpris direction l’accueil où l’on nous dit que c’est pas du tout normal et qu’il vont faire cesser ça de suite Bien sûr rien n’a cessé, la soirée musique à fond a continué juste au dessus de nos têtes ébahies. Le lendemain matin j’ai vu le personnel de l’hôtel redescendre la sono. C’était donc une soirée parfaitement organisée par l’hôtel qui nous a donc menti. Ensuite il faut faire couler l’eau chaude 20min pour avoir de l’eau chaude, point aussi remonté à l’accueil et ils s’en fichent À 7h quand le resto ouvre l’énorme soufflerie se lance et elle est juste à côté de la chambre, très bruyant. Pour finir le petit déjeuner est compris mais pour un café late c’est 6€ de supplément, vu le prix de la chambre c’est assez incroyable. L’hôtel a essayé de nous proposer une « paella » pour s’excuser (quel geste) mais nous avions d’autres projets de restauration dans d’autres établissements adjacents où je vous recommande plutôt d’aller voir ….

My only advice is don’t consume anything from the restaurant… they charged me 70$ us for 3 diet cokes The rest … staff was amazing , and hotel.

It's a good location, and nice place overall. Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room could not keep up with the Tulum summer temps at all, was a bit tough to sleep. I thought maybe it's just a Tulum thing, but the air conditioner where we stayed the next day in Tulum worked great. Also, this wasn't a huge deal for me, because room overall was clean, but the bathroom trash from previous guest was not emptied before we arrived, including a used baby diaper. If it was cheaper to stay here I might not mention these types of details but good to be aware if you are paying higher rates for a more premium hotel. I like their food, just be ready to pay big city prices.
