En general, el hotel y más las habitaciones están muy limpias y el personal es muy amable y atento. Un tema que en lo particular no me gustó, pero es cuestión de percepción, es que el hotel en su interior está muy oscuro, llega a ser un poco lúgubre. Es muy tranquilo, muy poco ruido. Mucha agua para los baños y el aseo personal.

Personal super amable, super bien situado el hotel, cuartos comodos!!

The room was clean. Staff was very kind. Beds were wonderful. Good location.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel, room was true to pictures (we had windows facing the street that could open), good linens, strong hot shower. A/C worked well but we preferred opening the windows. Av. Uruguay can be noisy though (we’re used to a busy street). Restaurant on roof terrace was good and pleasant to hang out. Great staff!

The hotel was conveniently located in the historic center of Mexico City but 2 blocks away from the tourist crowds and bustle. Most of the historic sites of the city were an easy walk as were many famous restaurants. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.Our room was large and quiet and housekeeping vry good. We were pleased to be there.

The hotel is nice, but it is an American brand with American touches. The entire restaurant and room service menu were American dishes. I don’t even recall seeing a taco on the menu. I stayed in late September and the pool was closed. The hotel itself is fabulous and beautiful. I believe it used to be a bank. The common areas and hallways are dark, vampy, and have glass floors. The rooms on the other hand left more to be desired — goes back to the American touch. The staff were all amazing and accommodating.

Our stay in hotel city centro was fantastic, the service was excellent. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff took good care of us.

La verdad el lugar estaba muy bien, limpio, instalaciones mantenidas y el staff era muy amable. El edificio es antiguo y conservado de una manera excepcional. Están atentos si llegas tarde. Respetaron mi reservación y explicaron muy bien cuando hablé sobre ese asunto ya que había visto que algunos no, pero era porque no habían pagado e iban a pagar al llegar. Es un muy buen hotel para hospedarse en el centro de la ciudad o conocida como centro histórico. Nos sentimos seguros ahí aunque no todos an tenido la misma experiencia. También tienen una restaurante en la terraza que no podíamos comer o beber ahí ya que no nos alcanzó el tiempo pero su fuimos a verla. Gracias staff por hacer que nuestra estancia y experiencia en CDMX fuera una buena y esperamos regresar algún día!
