The unit is spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Everything from the hot tub to the AC is fully operational; the kitchen equipment is a bit dated but works perfectly well, and the shower pressure is a highlight.

Traté de buscar una reubicacion y el joven de recepción no ayudó en nada, como si su función fuera no causar una experiencia agradable además de eso se burlo de. Mi Molestia. Pague muy caro para tan pobre y barato servicio

Our 2 room suite was very clean and comfortable for 2 nights. We loved the balcony view of sunrise over the Caribbean Sea, from either the spa tub or chairs. We also used the kitchenette for cooking and preparing breakfast and lunch, and walked to delicious local restaurant one evening, and the Club Regina hotel bar overlooking the coast the other eve (nachos and cheesecake were very good). The palapas near the beach were also nice for hanging out. The 3 pools and grounds are well-maintained in this older, smaller hotel at the south end of the Cancun hotel strip, which we preferred as it was very relaxing and low key. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, notably the doorman, front desk and club bar were especially helpful. King Bed was good, particularly the pillows. Our only wish was to have coffee packs provided in room because coffee in hotel bar and reception area did not open until mid morning (we found the coffee kit in the hotel shop for about $2USD to use our 2nd morning). We highly recommend Club Regina!!

Las habitaciones y el hotel ya están muy viejos. Muy deteriorados

Es cómodo porque tiene vista al mar, cocineta, la tina de hidromasaje en la terraza. Pero el lugar nos lo entregaron sucio, no servía un foco, la chapa estaba atascada, los vasos y cubiertos sucios, los baños el piso escurridos, después nos cambiaron a otro cuarto porque tuvieron que fumigar, esa otra habitación sí estaba limpia y en mejores condiciones y con vista hermosa. En general fue cansado, pero el personal siempre fue amable. Deberían proporcionar alguna botella de agua o algún garrafón donde los huéspedes puedan tomar agua. No tenían ni en recepción una botella en venta.

Las instalaciones son un poco viejas pero el lugar está muy recomendable servicio muy bien solo que la playa está muy afectada ya no es lo que solía ser

We had a good time there. Property is at good location with ocean view however it is bit outdated rest everything is good here specially the price on which we booked make sense to stay here.

We love Club Regina and especially their buffet breakfast and ocean view.

I stayed 6 nights. The property is a good value and the staff is excellent, friendly, and very attentive. The pricing on alcoholic beverages is excessive and feels like Vegas. The rooms are good. However if you are on the street side , you will hear traffic. Biggest complaint was the moldy, mildew smell coming from the Air conditioner, I was waking up with headaches from the mold. I finally resorted to turning it off, and it was better. The room stayed cool enough because I was on the bottom floor. This is a problem with high humidity climates and older buildings. Being on the bottom floor did come with disadvantages of hearing activity above me. The staff is awesome. Next time I visit I will stay pay more money for a 4 star newer property. The whole mold issue is a deal breaker, I also smelled it in the Gym Area, so you know it's moldy through out the whole building vent system. They did send a tech out, and he put some deodorizing tabs in it. But that's only a band -aid for smell, and did not kill the mold, so know your breathing deodorizing fragrance and mold.
