コズメル ホテル & リゾート - オールインクルーシブ

オールインクルーシブ対応の割にはコスパ最強だと思う。 今回こちらに宿泊した理由がアイアンマンレースに参加する為に日本から来ましたが大会当日も4時から朝食があったりして凄かったです。　私はまさか大会当日に朝食があるとは思わず適当に食べてしまいました。

We stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday. We had a good time, just not a great time. This is our first time staying on the island this long. We are used to staying in all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and Playa Del Carmen. That said, my expectations were a little high. The activities were very minimal compared to what we experienced before. I don’t want to talk badly about the hotel cause my daughter had a good time overall, I just wanted a bit more. I may not stay here again, but if we do, for lesser amount of days, we stayed 7 days.

Great diving amenities. The hotel and facilities desperately need to be upgraded. The quality of the food and selection have declined a lot since just last year.

Liked the beach access. Food was ok… property is older

Great place this was my 7th time at the resort will be back again.

At checkin we were not given any information on where food was to be found and that it was only on a limited time schedule. All-inclusive is a waste at this hotel as food is not always available and not everything in the bar is included. Food is subpar at the buffet and many times we were not offered drinks and had to find them ourselves. We still tipped the staff and the housekeeping was great at cleaning the room daily. But there is really no entertainment so we went into town for live music.

El bufet riquísimo, la habitación muy bien, el personal muy bien, sin duda volvería.

My daughter and I did the all inclusive stay here and neither of us have don’t an all inclusive vacation before and we were both very happy with our stay!

I've stayed here for quite a while and have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the food has really declined in quality, which has been disappointing. Everything else remains great.

The outdoor pool closes late. You can stay longer.

The resort is beautiful, pool great and the staff are very helpful.

We've been coming to this hotel since 2014 and have enjoyed it every time we've been, this trip was completely different than our last, which was just last September. I'm not sure if it was a management change or an owner change, but it was a complete 180 from our previous experiences here. This trip was way understaffed, the restaurant was not open our entire stay, it was eating at the buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It would be nice to have had the option of sit down dinner and order of a menu dinner. During the day we spent our time at the beach snorkeling and swimming in the 'natural pool'. The beach bar didn't open till 1 and sometimes even after that. And the bartenders would disappear and the life guard would have to radio him to come make a drink. Come to find out, they were getting pulled from the bar to go work in the buffet for the lunch hours. This type of service is unacceptable. Hire some more workers so they are not spread so thin. Like I said, we've been coming for years and this might have been our last time ..... Makes me sad it was that bad to feel this way.

La atención en recepción. Son muy amables. No me gustó mucho la variedad del bufete. Es muy poca y el costo alto.

The staff was very friendly. I didn't have alot of interaction with the staff other then normal check in. The property is not bad, but 40 years old and we'll loved.

The water front nice maids were great My wife was yelled at for bringing snack to room No restraunts on resort just buffet

This is the second time to stay in Cozumel resort . It is absolutely amazing. Delicious food, such wonderful friendly hspoy stsff , signed to please you ; the food is healthy ; fruit actually has seeds in it the way fruit should be ! The bed and pillows are great ; AC good. Coffee ready at 530. Dive paradise is right there and they are amazing too !! Price is reasonable

This place exceeded all expectations. The staff was absolutely amazing and i miss them already!! They had awesome games/activities throughout the whole day and the food was to die for! 10/10 would absolutely go here again!

Hotel needs maintenance by the pool area. A lot of ties missing and pavers were replaced by cement patches. Pretty weak I thought. Stair areas were very dirty. Food wasn’t bad. Rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms.

Great location, the property was very dirty and the food could have been much better. Super helpful staff.
