Me gustó el acomodo de los cuartos, el lobby y la distribución del hotel

Desde que llegamos hablé con ustedes porque me vendieron algo en unas fotos totalmente inexistente, este hotel es viejo y de una categoría muy baja, no la que ustedes sugieren, tuve que salirme de inmediato y Expedía no me ayudó en nada con mi reembolso, estoy furiosa por el engaño y robo que nos hicieron porque vender cosas falsas es robo.

Our room had broken curtain rods, toilet not working not clean, shower what else is wrong with the property was dirty. I saw here in the bathroom. Leaky faucet pipes, stained sheets, old and outdated. Not as pictured on the website. Let me finish the skating report.

Todo estuvo excelente, lo único que observé durante mi estancia fue que el sello de la puerta del balcón estaba desgastado lo que impedía que el cuarto estuviera frío completamente ya que se escapaba el aire, de ahí en fuera todo bien y aún con esta pequeña cosa seguiré eligiendo este establecimiento

La gente muy amable en recepción y meseros,, la comida normalita casi sin mariscos.. intalaciónes poco viejas pero aceptable la bebidas básicas con alcohol barato..para niños básicamente..que quieren alberca y mar

Como contratamos con Expedia nos trataron como huéspedes de segunda, uno de los encargados llamado Pedro García nos dijo despectivamente que al haber contratado con Expedia nos devolvería por esa vía el dinero, esto derivado a que nos dieron una habitación que no correspondía con lo que pagamos. Nos dieron una habitación junto a la cocina, sin ventanas, con el ruido de los refrigeradores y donde se metían las cucarachas, cuando lo que contratamos era una habitación con camas dobles y vista al jardín. Después de rogarle al señor Pedro que nos cambiara de cuarto, nos dio las llaves de la habitación pero nadie nos ayudó a trasladarnos. El personal es muy grosero, les pides algo y te hacen caras, el bufete es un cúmulo de comida insabora…ofrecen restaurante italiano, francés y japonés pero nunca hay mesas disponibles. La playa es lo más descuidado que tienen, platos tirados y camastros sucios, y si, claro que los limpiamos para usarlos, pero eso es lo que menos esperas de un hotel todo incluido. Derivado de la cantidad de gente que hay y que hay muy poco personal, llega un momento en que los platos del bufete se acaba y los camastros no son suficientes para estar en la alberca o en la playa, cuando te acercas al personal para que te auxilien al respecto, solo se te quedan viendo y te dicen “No hay”. el hotel ha decaído muchísimo en cuanto a atención, limpieza y servicios; sin embargo, lo más lamentable es la discriminación de la que fuimos objeto, por usar Expidia.

Property lacks of service, air conditioning in the rooms terrible, trying to call front desk nobody answers the phone, food terrible, building very old and dirty. I would not stay there again .

Tuvimos la habitación 271, literalmente hay una cascada de agua dentro de la habitación, se filtra del aire acondicionado de arriba. Pedimos a 5 personas que fueran a limpiar la habitación y nadie nos hizo caso hasta que me fui a parar al mostrador. Una noche no dejaban dormir unos adolescentes gringos y hablé a recepción y nadie fue a decirles nada. La comida en su único restaurante es muy básica y poco variada, olvídate de menú de mariscos, el menú de niños siempre lo mismo, para reservar en los restaurantes de especialidades es sacarte la lotería y cuando pasas en la noche hay muchas mesas vacías, solo pudimos ir al italiano y su menú fue demasiado básico y nada rico.

From the minute we arrived we had issues. We were provided a room that was already occupied. Luckily the person in the room was not there otherwise we would have walked in on them. We booked two rooms and requested that they be near each other which was not the case. They got the rooms situated the next day however the AC was not working well in one of the rooms. Maintenance was notified but nothing was done. The rooms have limited outlets so it was disappointing when one of the outlets (the one by the nightstand) was missing and could not be used. No clear information was provided about the restaurant reservation system. The patio door does not lock, which is a safety concern. Even their manager recommended that a complaint be filed with Orbitz so that something can be done about all of the issues. The only good thing is that the property is near the airport.

Hotel Review: Disappointing Stay Despite Wonderful Staff I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The property itself is very outdated, and major issues impacted our stay. The biggest problem was the air-conditioning — it was not working in our room. After being switched to another room, and then yet another, the issue remained unresolved. In the heat, this made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. The food at the hotel was also a letdown. Most of it tasted old or stale, and the dining options lacked variety and freshness. The only place we truly enjoyed eating was the snack bar located outside by the beach — it was consistently good and offered a nice escape from the poor quality of the main restaurants. On a positive note, the hotel staff was absolutely amazing. Despite being clearly understaffed, they worked hard to keep guests happy. When we arrived, only one receptionist was handling check-ins, and I noticed just a single lifeguard moving between multiple pools. The entertainment team also deserves special mention — they did an outstanding job organizing activities around the pool and hosting fun shows at the Nitro Club. The Fantasy Show for kids was a personal favorite. While I truly appreciate the kindness and effort of the staff, the overall hotel conditions, poor food quality, and lack of basic amenities like functioning air-conditioning made this a disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

Mal servicio , pésima comida

La primera impresión fue horrible, el de la recepción pésima atención no te explica nada esta de malas, nos toco una habitación orrible el aire acondicionado sucio y no cambiaba la temperatura,olia a pura humedad el piso, parades con hongos, se le minva el agua olia orrible el teléfono no servia y mini bar iagul fuy a recepción y el chavo pesimo me dijo que el nopodia hacer nadaeso fue el la tarde del luenes 28 de junio, por la noche ya no aguantr el olor ni la humedad fuy a recepción y el chavo encargado de la noche super bien enseguida me cambió se disculpo por su compañero de hay en adelante todo super bien
