They were very attentive to us and took care of us.

Everything was great, the food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and always smiling, the hotel and the rooms were very clean.

It was beautiful. The staff was kindness in action. LOVE the waiters and waitresses. A big heartfelt thank you to the man at reception.

The staff was beyond pleasant!! I met a gentleman named Efran who worked at the resort and he went above and beyond with his hospitality!!

This property isn’t too huge. Everything’s walkable, fairly quiet at night. Food was good. Drinks were typical watered down drinks. Kids loved the kids pool area with slides and other stuff. There were a total of 3 pools. Not many poppin activities going on but some simple, short things at night. Barely saw any bugs at this property. Would recommend to other families.

Second time staying with dreams resorts. Beautiful property. Plenty to do for adults and kids. Service was great. Normally find things wrong but have to say no issues. Would recommend.

Staff was amazing. and very attentive. It was located in a quite area away from the hustle & bustle. No need to go out of the resort, as everything was conveniently located within the resort.

I went to celebrate my birthday and once i get there it was an amazing experience, German in the front desk he was amazing he make sure our stay was the best, I truly appreciate it. Pablo and martin at the oceana restaurant they did awesome both of them made everything incredible with our romantic dinner at the beach. And also Eric at the front desk who offered us the best experience ever. Thank you guys so much we are so pleased we decided to go to dreams riviera. 100% recommended.

Perfect hotel.

We stayed in a plunge pool in the 2 building. It was nice to have your own pool when the sun got too hot. Restaurants were fast and no reservations required. We did have a run in with the fridge not working, but staff diligently tried to fix it. Overall smaller than other dreams resorts, but it is more calm that way

Food, Cleanliness and services were top notch, but I was looking also for a nice beach and it was terrible because of the seaweed.

Good: Pools were nice. Rooms were spacious. Bad: everything else. We were in a family unit-2 adjoining rooms. We booked VIP. Check in staff was incompetent and at night, nasty. We kept getting asked why we booked a large room for 2 people..? Right after check in- timeshare guy. This was not a discount vacation- why am i talking to this guy? Alcohol was fake. Concierge was useless. Cabanas are 200 on web and 250 in person. Passport was stolen from room (friend didn't lock it up one day). All that was bad, but the food was inedible. People walked in and out of the buffet. The "restaurants" were eh. All were hot. All had sticky floors and tables. Everyone asked for tips all day. Music blaring in courtyard every night until 11pm The mosquitoes were intense This is the worst experience I've had at an all inclusive. We left early I cannot warn you enough.

First time at this property and i didn't recommended at all! I booked this hotel because pictures in the website looks amazing and two days before my arrival i called the hotel and i ask to the situation with the zargazo at the beach and they lied me!!! They said no zargazo at all and oh surprise, when i got there, it was no way to go to swim in the beach! Secondy, they offered me an upgrade with the best suites at the property promised me the best of the best, and i was so unhappy to the room service! I keep asking for simple things, like water or a simple juice and fruit everyday in my room and the failed to do it! Food qualyty is really bad, the only thing that saved our trip was the staff, especially the guys at the valet parking, thank you Alfredo for being super nice and helpful with us and the rest of the team!!! I am sorry but i didn't recommend this hotel at all, too expensive for the poor service, you can get a better hotel for the same price!!!!
