Always the best!

No windows, broken curtain rod, no light bulb, cold room, no complete set of silverware for 2, no coffee maker, no can opener or bottle opener, no rugs on floor, no decor, sterile room, lacked style, Looked nothing like the photos on the website for Staged. My first impression wasn’t very good as it was just a makeshift table off to the left of the entry of the hotel. The hotel is under construction and is unfinished. Rooms should not be rented until the hotel is complete. I would’ve canceled my stay for three nights, but I already paid for it but I canceled my six night stay for the following week because I thought the hotel was awful.

Check-in was at 3 o'clock. I arrived at 4pm iand my room was not ready. I had to wait. Also the entire complex is under construction, so there is no gym and no rooftop patio available as advertised. Was not worth the price I paid.

La habitación era mejor de lo que esperaba, solo un detalle, el tema de las chapas necesita mejorar, mi hijo se quedó encerrado en el baño, si bien el personal de inmediato fue a apoyar, la opción dada no fue la mejor

The heater in mini split! Didn’t seem to work!

I had booked a different ULIV property but they had double booked and cancelled my booking meaning I stayed here instead. Hot water worked only by turning off and on the gas califont in the cupboard, and even then only for 30 seconds and while also running the hot tap. Several lights did not work. I messaged the property to rearrange arrival but never heard reply. On top of this, building is still under construction and construction materials are everywhere including the entrance; this was not apparent when booking. The staff onsite were wonderful and friendly at all times, but would not stay here again.

In their defense it was under reinvention, but why the hell allow someone to book that? Tv didn’t have any channels. WiFi was a 50/50 if you could connect. Staff was good just wish I was informed about the property being under construction:/

The room was really nice and wonderful. It was a great trip.

Apartment has no pots and pans. Hot water was hard to get. Very humid and had mold (bathroom) the door was opened on us twice by cleaner right at 11.

El lugar es limpio y amplio, pero no tiene cortinas. Por la mañana resulta incómodo, sobre todo si tuviste una noche de fiesta, ya que entra mucha luz. Además, la puerta del baño se atoraba. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo bien: el lugar estaba limpio y el personal fue muy amable. Gracias.

All good, cozy convenient place.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, and there was construction debris everywhere. The reception area was a mess. Some of the utensils were dirty; someone had used them and simply put them away. The price is far too high considering the hotel's upkeep and service.

Clean, spacious , Amenities great, perfect location , attentive professional staff.

Everything looks dirty and old.

El personal de ese lugar es magnífico los felicito; el depto. No es como aparece en las fotos les hace falta accesorios a los sillones cojines etc, también en mesa de centro. Hay huecos también en la recamara faltan más muebles. No es suficiente con un personal eficiente porq lo son mis respetos! Hace falta más remodelación y mano a ello.

Location has everything you’re looking for if you’re looking to explore the city. Everything is accessible and most importantly, walkable. Staff was very helpful, made for a great experience.

The apartment I rented the stove and the refrigerator did not work.I did tell the people downstairs the.Receptionist, she said that she would santa went up and fix it or change me room that did not happen. I had to go out and buy dinner.And the whole reason I wanted to get the apartment was to cook with my boyfriend. Plus the bathroom smells like dead rat.

Very clean room. Spacious. Would have been nice if there was coffee to make in morning. Other thing is there was an annoying light flickering outside the door. Neither are biggies, overall great stay. But you asked! 😜
