Muy bien.

二週間ほどの滞在でしたが、近くに大型スーパーやファストフードかあり便利で治安も悪くないです。施設は古いですが、手入れされていて清潔です。スタッフはみんなとてもフレンドリーで親切。私の殆どの要望に応えてくれました。朝食はとても美味しくフルーツや搾りたてのジュースも用意されています。キッチンや家電もあり長期滞在には助かります。とても快適に過ごせました。

とにかく不快でした。

子ども3人の5名で宿泊しましたが，寝室が3部屋あり，ゆったりと休めました。ホテル内は，絵画や石像等がたくさんあり楽しめました。

Unique hotel with a LOT of interesting paintings and statues! Clean, spacious suites, attentive daily housekeeping, and great AC. Wonderful, bilingual front desk. Restaurant was reasonably priced and tasty, gym was clean and well-stocked, and the pool was a little confusing to get to at first, but loads of fun once we found it!

Muy amable el personal. Todo muy bien

En cuanto al personal, todos fueron muy atentos y agradables diría que eso fue un plus en el servicio. Respecto al hotel, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, tienen muchas obras de arte muy bellas, y la seguridad para ingresar al elevador y la habitación me pareció excelente; en cuanto a mi habitación estaba muy limpia, incluía cocineta, la cual estaba equipada con utensilios, y la habitación contaba con burro y plancha, incluida una manta para el frio, y en el closet agradecí que ofrecieran perchas para la ropa y cajones.

Primeramente no hay quien te lleve el equipaje a tu suite, es un laberinto para llegar, elevadores muy viejos, sábanas sucias y viejas uno de los baños no funcionaba el piso donde está la suite con un olor muy desagradable en fin no volvería allí, en cambio te puedo decir que hotel & suites Quinta Magna es excelente!

Muy a gusto

Ya nos hemos hospedado anteriormente en este hotel y la estancia es buena en general, pero esta ocasión las habitaciones estaban un poco sucias y había un olor muy muy fuerte a caño. No me realizaron mi factura al igual que la vez pasada, pésimo servicio en este sentido. ¡NO FACTURAN!

Amabilidad, atención buena

El personal del hotel muy amable y servicial, las unidades con una limpieza bastante buena. El mobiliario, en particular las camas requieren ser renovadas, hay colchones hundidos y otros que rechinan al menor movimiento y eso interfiere con el sueño y la calidad de descanso.

The suites are very convenient, and the location is excellent—safe, walkable, and surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets. There are also plenty of transportation options since the hotel is close to several major avenues. The pool is very nice, the suites are well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly. They also have a very cool piano show and many beautiful art pieces throughout the hotel. There is a gym as well. I really enjoyed my stay. The suite apartments are very comfortable and come with everything you need for a short or extended stay, including air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator, and other amenities that make your stay feel like home.

Very outdated and not clean. Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. Breakfast was nice which included pancakes, hashbrowns with Mexican breakfast items. It was delicious. The ac stopped working on our second night (living area doesn't have one, only in the bedroom) and there were water dripping on the wall from it. One staff came, said repair person will come the next day and didnt offer to switch our room so we asked. They gave us much smaller room (claiming it's the same type) than what we paid for, and in there water was dripping from the ceiling and floor was wet. Different staff came and asked if we wanted to go back to our old room. We said no and they gave us another room which was still smaller than the original one but it was OK except that blinds were broken and very dirty. The pool, it's in the middle of the lobby and looks more like a decorative pond. My kids who love going in the water didnt want to swim in there. It was easy to call Uber to get around and there are a few restaurants within walking distance but no other shops to buy water or anything nearby. There is a supermarket within walking distance but the road was a little rough and it takes good 10 min to walk. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I chose it for the suites with separate living area but there is no clean feeling you get from hotels and the layout is just awkward. The kitchen has pots and cooking utensils but they're very old and you wouldn't want to cook there.
