Muy bien.

二週間ほどの滞在でしたが、近くに大型スーパーやファストフードかあり便利で治安も悪くないです。施設は古いですが、手入れされていて清潔です。スタッフはみんなとてもフレンドリーで親切。私の殆どの要望に応えてくれました。朝食はとても美味しくフルーツや搾りたてのジュースも用意されています。キッチンや家電もあり長期滞在には助かります。とても快適に過ごせました。

とにかく不快でした。

子ども3人の5名で宿泊しましたが，寝室が3部屋あり，ゆったりと休めました。ホテル内は，絵画や石像等がたくさんあり楽しめました。

Buena estadía

Very outdated and not clean. Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. Breakfast was nice which included pancakes, hashbrowns with Mexican breakfast items. It was delicious. The ac stopped working on our second night (living area doesn't have one, only in the bedroom) and there were water dripping on the wall from it. One staff came, said repair person will come the next day and didnt offer to switch our room so we asked. They gave us much smaller room (claiming it's the same type) than what we paid for, and in there water was dripping from the ceiling and floor was wet. Different staff came and asked if we wanted to go back to our old room. We said no and they gave us another room which was still smaller than the original one but it was OK except that blinds were broken and very dirty. The pool, it's in the middle of the lobby and looks more like a decorative pond. My kids who love going in the water didnt want to swim in there. It was easy to call Uber to get around and there are a few restaurants within walking distance but no other shops to buy water or anything nearby. There is a supermarket within walking distance but the road was a little rough and it takes good 10 min to walk. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I chose it for the suites with separate living area but there is no clean feeling you get from hotels and the layout is just awkward. The kitchen has pots and cooking utensils but they're very old and you wouldn't want to cook there.

Me gusta la ubicación, pero tienen que revisar cada habitación, la primera que nos tocó estaba sucio el techo del baño, en la segunda habitación no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y la chapa de entrada del cuarto. De lo demás bien.

El cuarto están limpio pero las sábanas de la cama estaban sucias

El control TV no funcionaba, la caja fuerte tampoco. Los azulejos del baño a punto de caer.

Price and location

El lugar acorde a las fotos, es una galería de arte, y cuidan todos los detalles. Solo da que decir la comicidad en la habitación y algunos ruidos de pasillo y habitaciones cercanas.

Que revisen las habitaciones para que verifiquen que se cuenta con todos los servicios ya que no se tuvo línea telefónica porque le faltaba el cable y un mejor aseo en el sótano 2 del estacionamiento ya que estaba un poco complicado saliendo del elevador por las remodelaciones que están haciendo el desperdicio de material estorba al pasar a los cajones del estacionamiento
