Perfect location to explore Condessa and Roma Norte. About 30mins walk to Chapultepec Park. Lots of restaurants, cafes within a 5-10min walk. Lots of tree-lined streets and nice architecture. Felt completely safe walking around alone even in the evenings (solo female traveller). Such a lovely area of Mexico City. The room I had was very spacious and had all the usual amenities — including bottled water which was convenient. The hot water took a while to run though, so turn it on well in advance of when you wanna hop in the shower!

Executive king room with balcony and spacious bathroom. No VIP perk bottle of wine was provided but it wasn’t that important. Refillable filtered bottle of water provided. Had to ask for coffee maker. Nice, spacious, fairly quiet room. Bed was very high off the ground. If you’re short, that may be a problem. Shower floor was very slippery and had to step up on a raised platform to use the toilet. Front desk staff was pleasant and spoke English. Would consider staying again.

Okay is my rating. Beautiful neighborhood but Flow is off a Main Street making it a noisy stay. Large room with windows that open. Pics look better than in person. I give this a 3.5 out of 5.

The room was large and clean. The bath arrangement is very strange — the toilet and sink are behind a swinging glass door (that leaves little to the imagination) and are raised by about 8 inches. Shower is at ground level outside that. (No handrails in the shower, but a decal warning that the floor is slippery.) Our room was at the front, and that’s a big, busy, noisy street. Staff were generally very nice, *but* — even though we asked at check-in if breakfast was included, they failed to tell us until check-out that breakfast was complimentary on the last morning. We had just paid for breakfast in the cafe! Still made us pay for one little bottle of water from the room…. Cafe is good and the servers are quite accommodating.

We had some big issues with our stay which had a big impact on two of the days we stayed at the hotel On the Saturday there was no power from approximately 4:00am until 11:00pm and there was issues with the water supply on the Sunday. This meant we needed to change our plans to come back during the day to see if we could recharge phones on Saturday and for a shower on Sunday. Also we were not able to have breakfast on these days in the hotel. All the staff were amazing during our stay, they were super friendly and professional even when faced with the power and water problems, which meant they had to work with a noisy power generator running right beside them for several days.

Amenities are bare minimum, elevator has a mind of its own. Energy went out for a full day, had to bring luggage down the stairs from a third floor. Location was great, staff courteous. Bathroom and shower don’t have privacy, and are up a step rather high - not ideal for an elder person. Floor in shower extremely slippery. Had to put towels on floor while showering to avoid falling. Too expensive for what you get.

The property is clean, spacious, and conveniently located in a walkable area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

we had such a lovely time at flow condesa. the neighborhood is ideal and convenient. the staff were so friendly and the place is clean and welcoming. can't wait to stay there again :)

we are from redondo beach, california.. didn't know what to expect. was a little nervous when we pulled up and saw the small lobby. but the staff was so warm and helpful. once we got upstairs we were blown away, our rooms were phenomenal! everything brand new and very spacious, bathrooms are large and everything is so clean! the breakfast upstairs was terrific and fresh each morning. there is literally no outside noise at all. and the neigjborhood was outstanding. we can't wait to go back! 10/10 book it!

This hotel was nice and in a convenient location. The staff wasn’t very friendly and the elevator scary & slow, there is no safety sensor on it so it will close on body parts. The bar/restaurant on the roof of the hotel never opened during our 3 days stay. Overall I’d stay again if I couldn’t find another hotel but more like a 6/10 hotel.

Flow Condesa is located in a great area, Condesa and it's easy to walk to some of the local area restaurants and bars. The green space around the area is so nice to walk to! Our stay included breakfast which was a good option - staff made eggs every day which was a nice plus. The rooms were spacious (we stayed in a junior suite). The only minus of the room is the glass door to the bathroom - didn't shut properly but it's also right at the entrance. If you don't want anyone seeing you in the bathroom, you're out of luck, the glass door makes it very visible whether you're showering or on the toilet. So I'd suggest a different type of door or at least a frosted door so you can't see inside. Other than that, comfy, clean and great location. PS..it is on Ave Nuevo Leon, so if you have a room that faces the Ave, it may be noisy at night if you're a light sleeper.
