In the middle of everything great parks and cafes. If you get a room street side make sure you bring ear plugs. Otherwise great spot to stay in.

Room nice enough, location OK, liked the restaurant for breakfast.

Clean room, lots of restaurants and bars quite noisy but to be expected and ear plugs provided. Overall a very good / nice hotel which reflected the price.

Flow Condesa is centrally located in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to walk to local parks and restaurants. Our room was clean, large and comfortable.

The room was huge, beautiful and very, very clean. The restaurant on the property was great for breakfast. I found the staff at the front desk uniformly not helpful. They told me the spa was closed and it was like pulling teeth to find an alternative for a massage . when we asked to be connected to a local restaurant, they dialed the number and handed us the phone, but the restaurant didn’t speak English so improvements in the staff would be welcome.

Evetything good, just 1 thing. The owner should invest in soundproof windows , too much noise from the cars and the traffic of tbe street. Everything else perfect.

Great location, lovely staff and have a new cafe attached to property. This is third time have used this hotel for business trips as location is perfect, safe and plenty of restaurants, parks, cafes and bars.

Deberían de publicar que el estacionamiento es complicado y que además cobran 250 pesos por noche. Así uno evalúa si conviene mejor otro hospedaje. Ese silencio nos deja sin opciones una vez que llega al front desk.

There’s an old expression, you get what you pay for, and it’s absolutely correct. We were stuck in Mexico City for an extra three days because of a snowstorm in New York and wanted to spend a little less money but get more space. That is exactly what we got. The rooms are huge and overall the value of the hotel is pretty good. That said there are a few things that could definitely be improved. When we checked in I noticed hair on the bed… like a full tumbleweed of very long hair in the corner. Could have been from a previous guest or a housekeeper but either way not the best first impression. There were also stains around the shower and counter. The bathroom had soap pumps which were empty and during our three day stay no one ever refilled them. I would bring the bottle into the shower from the sink area since there wasn’t one mounted there, so maybe housekeeping assumed it was fine and never replaced it. We were also on the Avenida León side which I would caution people about because it’s very loud and the windows don’t fully close. If you’re planning to work from the hotel don’t expect to take calls. The wifi was extremely weak and very spotty. The café downstairs was nice to have. Good service and really nice cappuccinos. The pastries however were… warm. Not warm like fresh baked warm. Just warm. I also don’t really understand all the reviews complaining about the breakfast. Why on earth would you eat breakfast at a hotel when you’re staying in one of the greatest

Such a cute hotel in a great area within walking distance to restaurants and attractions! The staff were very nice and welcoming! I will definitely be staying here again!

Convenient and well run

Al salir del hotel no encontré un par de calcetines. Les avisé de la pérdida al recepcionista y no tuve ninguna respuesta. Al llegar de regreso a casa les volví a llamar. Y me dijeron que se perdieron, ni modo. Lo preocupante es que un día le roban unos calcetines, otro día roban algo de mayor valor

Dicen que tienen parking pero te cobran y después no hay espacio. Y te tienen moviendo el carro toda la noche. Y la gente arriba haciendo mucho ruido.
